I killed 4 big crickets coming out of a hole in the wall under the sink, and roaming around the room so I took things off the floor.

Everything not worked so I had to spend more money for a live-able place to lay my head

The property was unbearable and very dirty the bathroom was like a gas station or protapady I asked for a refund but you wanted to charge me for cancellation I will not be using your services ever again. The place had bed bugs!!! And you wouldn’t give me a refund I will be recommending your company and service as a joke

The room was dirty, there was food in the refrigerator and freezer. No toilet paper in room and trash in floor. The TV didn't work and I had to get staff to come to room to fix it. There was no lamps or telephone in room either

I went there to relax, first day housekeeping wakes me up, tells me to put the do not disturb on the door, which I did after that then maintenance comes by banging on the door wants to come in and paint while I’m there again I told them no I got ready to leave one day This older couple comes by asking about the room. I told them I needed towels, coffee, etc., and to leave it outside by the door, they went inside my room while the do not disturb was on and without my permission upon arriving I did all of this reservation online. It should have been $439 For six days in a queen bed smoking what I got was king bed for 480 something dollars no smoking aloud because they were changing over to another hotel name the very next day a friend of mine check in gets a smoking room imagine that totally dissatisfied and want some kind of compensation

The bathroom and the rest of the hotel room were in rough shape. The bathroom looked nothing like the pictures online. The place is under new management so I hope they keep upgrading the rooms.

There was no TV available when we got there. They fixed it but it only worked the first night. No coffee maker like it said. There was a gap in The bottom of the door that was an Inch to two inch wide. No phone and the best part was the plumbing sticking out of the wall and ZERO hot water. When I say zero....I mean no hot water at all. Scared to leave our motorcycle in parking lot. People walking around at all hours of the night. Crackhead central!!!! Then, after out first night they call me and tell me check out was at 1030...I had another night booked....worse place ever. I may never use booking.com again. This was horrid,beetles crawling under the door not to mention the water bugs. All the linens were stained, no wash clothes, no hand towels. And the ones we had looked dirty.

I liked the price and that was it. There was a refrigerator and a microwave
