Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Noisy air con and very busy road outside
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff and plentiful breakfast. Also handy to use the Caribe pool as bigger and more facilities.

My only complaint would be that the lobby/restaurant was very cold temperature. Didn't want to have to go back to the room with my sweatshirt before leaving for the day, so just was cold during breakfast.
Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Plenty to choose from before a busy day at the Disney Parks! Very convenient and a great value. Rooms very very clean and large, had everything we needed. Separate "tv room" was awesome. Being able to go to the sister property for dinner at the sports bar there was awesome. Beautiful pools at both locations, although we didn't have time to enjoy them. Pizza place in the lobby was great to have as well, and food was very good. Staff was WONDERFUL.

One of the lifts was out of action for the entire stay otherwise nothing to fault of this great hotel.
Clean, well located and good facilities. Breakfast included although very busy on all days.

Some people were rude, a morning buffet staff and someone at reception (Ritchi?) who was very rude to me. Other than those, it was okay.

Nothing, everything was great
When you first walk into the hotel. The smell is amazing. Nice and clean. The staff was wonderful, so kind and welcoming. The food was excellent. The room was so comfy and super clean. The location was GREAT ! like 8 mins away from Disney and like 10-15 mins away from Universal Studios. I would most definitely stay again !!

The elevator was broken so at times we had to take alternate routes! And the breakfast was horrible

The beds in our suites felt like they were due to be changed. Not so.comfortable. The traffic is insane and there isn't much to walk to.
The Hotel smells like Heaven when you walk in! Everything was immaculate. The Breakfast bar was good. The Pool area was kept clean and the Hot Tub was all of that.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great. Super close to Disney, restaurants, stores etc. Very convenient. They are a sister hotel to the resort next door so we were able to use their amenities without paying the price to stay there. The pool at BV was clean and always clean towels. Housekeeping was friendly. Overall an amazing stay and will definitely be coming again.
