My son and I joined a group for his basketball team. They were so kind to our entire group. They let us use common areas for our group. Breakfast was also great!

The entire hotel is very outdated which I didn't appreciate in the pictures online, beds were not very comfortable. I expected a better stay for $300

Rooms are alittle out of date. The bed was alittle stiff (spring matress). Room was alittle pricey for the quality.

It needs a little updating.

It was clean. The area was great. It wasn’t right in the middle of town but close enough that you could go do stuff. The game room was fun but hot. No a/c in there.

Hot tub is shut down - when we booked there was no notification this would be the case and that was disappointing, but things happen and they are trying to get it up and running again soon. Some cheese slices would have been nice to go with the egg and sausage patties to make a sandwich for breakfast. Nothing to do with the hotel- but there's hardly anywhere to eat dinner nearby - or most meals during the early part of the week. Scorpios is a good spot, so was the ice cream spot next to it. Theres a brewery but it closes early. Just something to keep in mind!

Big spacious room! We had an accessible room (didn't ask for one) but the other rooms seemed large too. Plenty of space for the four of us to move around. Plenty of pillows provided, and good storage for belongings. We didn't have a tub and we have a kid that refuses showers - luckily it was a short stay. We got a beautiful view of mountains from the room window, just stunning! The indoor heated pool was such a hit, my kids are asking to go back just for that! Nice and big and the pool was clean. Locker rooms attached too. Great continental breakfast - assortment of cereal, bagels, English muffins and toast, yogurt, milk, juice, little muffins, waffle station, hot station with bacon one day and sausage the other, and egg patties. Coffee and tea station with cutlery is always available in lobby - we got takeout couple times and they didn't include cutlery so this was great. Theres a microwave there also! So close to Santa's Village!

It appears that the building is in the process of remodeling. I look forward in seeing the new changes!

Breakfast is a typical with juice, yogurt, cereal, breads, waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage and bacon.

There was a breakfast bar but no hot / protein options. Huge pool but it was a little cold ( some kind of hose in the corner pumping in ice cold water) and the spa was out of service.

Good value, clean and comfortable facilities. My kids really enjoyed the arcade.

The interior of the building is a little dated in style with older carpeting colors. Furniture in the room is older color and style, but the room was comfortable and clean. The sink faucet leaked around the valve when the sink was turned on. The mattress was older style coil spring with less padding than desired.

It was in a quiet area outside of the main town. The exterior of the building was attractive and looked well maintained.

Overall room was average with some maintenance issues in the bathroom. Water stains in the ceiling,poorly patched holes in the wall looks like from the curtain rod. Fixtures worn and towel bar in the shower was missing with an odd suction handle lying in the tub.

I was pleasently suprised to receive room service during our stay. Breakfast was plentiful with multiple options. View from the back of the property was beautiful. Plenty of parking. Soundproofing was above average didnt hear slamming doors or people in adjoining rooms.

The arcade was way to small, should have a little more choices for breakfast.

This was our second time staying.We traveled with our daughter and granddaughters. We all totally enjoyed the pool.

Our room was on the bottom floor, it was so damp. The sheets were very damp almost felt wet. Not comfortable to sleep in. Need a dehumidifier

The pool was advertised as heated and it wasn't. The hot tub wasn't working neither was the steam room. The amenities that I booked to use were all down. It was most uncomfortable bed ever. My room keys kept having to be reprogrammed because they didn't work very well at all.

The location was close and the scenery was awesome.

Beds were super uncomfortable - location and property were good. Older but seems to be well kept. On site restaurant experience was a bit strange... place seems to be under renovation, menu inaccurate, overall odd although the food was ok. Pool restrooms need updating, seemed pretty gross. I'd stay here again if I could get the same rate or better. I wouldn't pay more unless they upgraded the beds.

Location in proximity to Santa's Village is fantastic - less than a 10 minute ride. On site playground was awesome for my son. Great to have the fridge in the room.
