Breahanna- Brea at reception was great. Thanks so much for your assistance. Lovely young lady. Laundromat was wonderful Coffee in main area was very good. Rooms recently redone. Good restaurants in the area. Enjoyed “Sparkys”.

Rooms were in terrible condition, facilities were in terrible shape, the garbage was piled up outside our door and the there was so much that it was blowing out of the can. The toilet, you sit on it and it drops. It is hung on the wall with monster bolts for obvious reasons. The only grab bar in the shower was a towel rack installed at an 45 degree angle. And it was put in in a place that was not user friendly. TV clicker did not operate all the needed functions, ie cc. The floor mats outside the door were full of sand dirt which tracked into the rooms. The parking lot was full of oil from cars leaking, the paint was peeling off the walls inside the room, outside the walls, especially metal. The bottom of the stairs were completely rusted. Windows were dirty. We had to get an 8' extension cord for my side of the bed. We had to multiple electrical outlets to cover two phones and two lamps in the room. Some of the outlets were so badly worn that they would not hold a plug. The water system was terrible. pressure was good, but twice the cold water would shut off and you got BURNED. That facility is in awful shape, the molding on the floor was poorly installed and there were obvious gaps. The smoke alarm went off when the shower was on. etc., etc..... prepared by Ken, Terry's husband. The moring coffee was very good.

"Any port in a storm" pretty much sums up this place. Felt kind of sketchy. Clientele seem to know one another like they were living there under subsidy.

There was no wifi in our room (or any room?) as had been promised. They clearly knew this, but no one really acknowledged it, just said they were having 'problems' with it. The bathroom was dirty and had loads of water damage, staining, etc. on the walls and floors.

The staff were nice and helpful. Dog treats were a nice touch.

The bathroom walls had stains and were needing to be wiped down. We went to park and several construction trailers were backed in in front of our hotel room so we had to park away from our room. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot. I believe that there were several work crews staying at the facility and would probably explain the previously mentioned items.

Not a very large pet relief area, but to be expected when located in the center of historic downtown.

Property is a bit dated but the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Great price. Walking distance to some local pubs. Wish we had more time to explore the city of Butte more. We would stay at this property again. Staff was also very friendly.

Only had bar soap in the bathroom, no shampoo or lotion. Our room stunk very bad, and smelled of smoke. Toilet didn't seem to flush real well. No coffee, or anything else. For $190+ a night I expected much more.

Pet friendly and lots of spare outside for the dogs, it's Montana so nice land isn't hard to find. $15 per any size pet. Staff is very friendly. Clean and remodeled rooms.

Area is very bad and place is trashy. Drug addicts all over. No microwave or coffee. Bathroom was gross. Beds were horrible and floor was dirty not swept or mopped stuff under the beds. Lock on door did not work. Smelled horrible and bugs everywhere.
