Would rather have a first floor room

We’ve stayed at CP multiple times as a break going to or from Key West. We like the location, accommodations and staff. Rated everything a 9 because we all can get better

The bathroom did not provide total privacy, which was very uncomfortable. My husband opened the window when we 1st arrived, only to be met by a female housekeeper directly on the other side who told him that he had to close it. The bathroom window opens up directly into the housekeeping room, and the only privacy provided was a beach towel that was placed over the window in on her side. Anyone could easily lift the towel, and see directly into our bathroom. Also, there's the fact that we could not open the bathroom window if we needed to let it air out, and there was no ceiling vent. Another big issue that we had was the fact that the business advertisement boasts houseboat rentals. We thought that we would be renting a houseboat, but when we arrived we were directed to a small room. When we inquired about our rental, we were told that all of the houseboats were booked. We were never informed of that prior to arrival. What I observed was that there were only 2 houseboats on the entire property. I was very disappointed at the bait and switch, and false advertisement. Otherwise, the stay was decent. There is a restaurant called Porky's next door that we saw several good reviews for, and their food was amazing!

The location, and proximity to the water and shops

Could use more patio furniture amongst all the units, I had to borrow from another area. Toilet paper holder was broken but not a big deal. Never even asked to have it patched/fixed.

Everything was clean and enjoyable. Fridge was not working on arrival and they replaced within an hour.

Tv when turned on all instructions and info was in French...no written instructions any where...never could get live programming....frustrating!

Everything was great but we would love to see a light near the barbecue area.

The apartment was very well taken care of. It has beautiful views to the sea. Also the bed in the living room is a REAL bed not at coach! The full property is organized and clean and it has a delicious restaurant next door which is convenient. The staff allowed us to use the facilities after we checkout which was very nice.

The beds were stiff and when someone rolled over the other person rolled to the middle of the bed... we stayed in seahorse...

Need to provide at least one dish towel. Would be nice to have some hooks or racks to hang up wet towels or clothing. The light fixture in the middle room where my bed was, didn’t work.

The appartement was great but could have been cleaner, the floor especially. It could also use some more modern devices (heating plates) or tools (bigger and better pans).

We loved the Keys vibe and our stay. We stayed 3 nights, Marathon is ideally placed if you want to spend a few days in the Keys. The little marina was charming, all the bungalows in different colours added to the vibe, the tiki bar restaurant next to it, Porky's, was also great if you wanted to have a drink or eat. The swimming pool don't look fancy at first, but the water's temperature was perfect and we enjoyed chilling there everyday after our visits. It was also nice to be able to be able to have your breakfast and diner as we had a little appartment with all the devices and most tools needed. We loved it and will go back if we visit the Keys again.

The pool is small. They have too many boats all over the property/ marina, so if you like to fish, you really have no place to do it. We ended up renting a boat from them and the price was affordable.

The Staff is wonderful!! They went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable on my vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and had a good location. There is a lot to do here if you choose to do so.

The place to eat was to high ate in our room mostly.

Location was great and pool was close and clean. Not alot of noise and employees were very nice. We will tell others about you.

Strange configuration of very small bathroom. Also we were accused of being noisy at 2am but had gone to bed at 9.30pm?

The location was excellent. Short walk to restaurant and to pick up boat and jet ski trips
