Rented chairs and umbrella on the beach. Perfect location, beach was clean and plenty of chairs available. Staff was very accommodating 😊 Second time visiting this resort. Looking forward to our next visit.

The motel was older but simply charming. The location was perfect for walking to Siesta Beach. We stayed there one night but wished we’d stayed longer! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to return!

The king bed has two dips needs to be replaced very uncomfortable not much sleep and both of us woke up with back aches

Room was smaller than we thought for 4 Adult and two children....and we kept getting herded around the beach....just get there after carrying everything and sit and we're told we could only sit on the other side of some flags...and was trying to pack up with the two babies...and asked the man who was collecting chairs and umbrellas for a minute....and he actually said he was not going to get struck by lightening for me.......but I chalked it up to young ignorant kids...

Beach and location were beautiful...everyone was nice staff and other guests....so good for family

Couldn't find eating utensils in the many beautiful kitchen cabinet drawers. Upon checking out, the amused clerk told us there are hidden drawers inside the drawers....something we never heard of!! Guests, beware and don't give up until you find those little suckers!

Loved this immaculate little apartment in cozy spot nestled tropically close to the beach and to eating spots to walk. Totally renovated and comfortable. Get #31 on the end and there are ample parking places on that end. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom! Great king bed. Two large wall televisions.

I wish they had mentioned in the description that the a/c couldn't be turned down below 70 as it was warmer at night than I like. I would have brought a fan if I had known,

The interior furniture badly needs repair. Paint was peeling. The room was VERY small.

The rooms were the smallest I have ever seen. The noise traveled between rooms - it was like having the neighbors talking in your bathroom. The "kitchenette" was a full size fridge, and a plug in stove top. Really, the accommodation was something very basic that seemed appropriate for a high school kid visiting the beach, but was $250+ and just an old motel complex. Having said that, it seems in line with a lot of Florida accommodation, and the staff were doing the best they could with what they had.

The staff were in general very nice and helpful. The place was clean. The location was just 100 yards from the beach.

There was not enough counter space in the bathroom. Some of the furniture was scratched and needed to be repaired. The keyed entrance was difficult to use (vs a card). When we entered, there was one lady at the counter, but 2 teenaged boys (sons) that sat there while we waited for the staff to get off the phone. If the boys were there waiting for their mom, they should have waited behind out of sight, or greeted us as if they were an extension of their mom.

The location could have been great if we were there when it wasn't cold and wanted to spend more time and days at the beach. But the weather was cold and we just spent one night.

The grounds were well taken care of and clean. What we didn’t like was our room was tiny, did have a kitchenette but no closet and smelled like a gallon of Lysol was used to clean the place. That played a havoc with my sinuses.

Housekeeping staff horrible, short of staff and the one working was horrible.

The room was not what I booked with booking it was way to small for the money it was suppose to be a suite and it was a room with a small kitchenette and bed and shower.

The staff was excellent, and the resort was clean inside and outside.

Everything was really great except the pool situation because there is no bathroom close by for children to use. I feel like the parents didnot make kids get out and go potty because they would have to leave the property.

No beach chairs provided, ZERO flexibility with checkout and really inflexible with car parking on checkout date. Even tho there were spots available. We had to move the car to a private parking just bc the have a hard rule.
