Guest’s letting their dogs bark all night. It was so bad with the dogs barking all night I thought I was sleeping in a kennel!

The rooms are very spacious with a large fridge and microwave. A couch to sit on and a large walk in shower.

I have stayed in this hotel before, and I was disappointed to see what has become of it. During check-in, they gave us a room that stunk, no sheets, and it wasn’t ready. I went back, and the receptionist asked me to look at two rooms and to choose the one I liked the most, and we did. The room was clean, but we didn’t notice that it had no towels, and in the kitchenette, there was only one glass. I had to get the towels, and the following morning, I asked for cups and silverware; plates, pots, and pans were also missing. The hotel hallways stunk, the carpet was dirty, the trash cans were full of garbage, and there was garbage on the hallway floors. In the morning, everything was much better, but we were unfortunate to see what the hotel turned into because we could compare the before and after and we like the hotel. I really hope they get their act together because it’s way far of what the hotel used to be.

The location, the room is big, nice and comfortable.

The halls had a strong odor of animal urine. The water in shower was always extremely hot and couldn’t adjust it.

The couch was dirty and the bathroom door has holes. There was no TP holder, the carpet in the halls was dirty we stayed 3 nights. The kitchenette didn’t have enough supplies to adequately use it. I am glad I bought breakfast items as there wasn’t a breakfast as listed. The pool was dirty and hot tub was empty, horrible flu problem.

The size of the room was nice.

The room was dirty stains on comforters and towels. found a shoe next to the couch, so that shows it wasn't properly cleaned. When I checked in, the staff wouldn't even stand up to greet us or tell us about where our room was or go over anything they just handed me the key. Also the room smelled horrible. And there was a hole in the shower that made us feel uncomfortable so we used a towel to stuff in it.

The couch was very dirty, one of the burners did work. No wash clothes, No shampoo or conditioner. Only 2 towels. No blow dryer. No dish soap or dishwasher soap.

Jacuzzi was closed. Pool was warm but very murky, we did not get in it. Exercise room was out of order.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Very pleased with the room. We were comfortable and happy even with 4 ladies in the room.
