The room was pretty clean, including the bathroom. However, the caulking around the fixtures looked like it had been done by a raccoon on crack. It just made everything seem less nice. Also, the staff absolutely never answers the phone. I left an item in the room and after we checked out I called 10 times wanting to ask them to save it for me, but I only got a recording , not even voicemail. Luckily, they had saved it for me, so all ended well.

The room was a good size for four people. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was okay. The staff was nice.

Room was clean but the spa tub had a hand held shower head, I had to wash my hair on my knees, and no shower curtain for privacy. Shampoo was in the bathroom where the toilet was but the spa tube was in where the bed was, not close enough to be used. There was no mention that train tracks were behind this location. Thank goodness there was not a lot of train traffic. Ice and vending machine were at the opposite end of the hotel and on the bottom floor. The picture of the room we booked was very misleading. Was not able to charge phones as the outlets were all in use and ones in lamp would not allow us to use our chargers as the plugs were not the correct direction.

The shower leaked the entire time. One time we returned to our room and opened the door to the sound of rushing water. We panicked that there was a major leak in the room (or someone was in our shower) and it was just the water draining from the room above us.

The location was great for what we needed. The parking lot is small. The beds are comfortable and the place seemed clean. Internet was reliable and the place is mostly quiet.

There were no elevators, at least that we could find and none were pointed out to us.... and no obvious ice machine either. If the hotel has such amenities, we were not made aware. Also, be aware that there's a train track behind the hotel, so if it goes by in the morning..... it's GONNA wake you up. Beware if you're a light sleeper.

Hotel was clean and nice... free breakfast in the morning. Got the 2 queens room with the spa tub.... totally worth the $10 extra!!!! We only stayed one night as a stopover on our way home, but there were several restaurants and a brewery super close, so that was great.

Could have used an EV charging station to recharge my truck overnight. Might be nicer to have a greater range of drinks in the room, not just coffee, perhaps tea/apple cider/hot chocolate etc.

The breakfast was minimalist but worked well enough for me - boiled eggs, tea, pastry was I all I needed. Did like the jacuzzi hot tub in my room - which was one of my reasons for booking the room I did as I was skiing for hours at Snoqualmie Pass and it was great to recover in the tub.

Needs more pillow options, as they were smaller, soft, but not very firm. (We brought, and typically bring our own pillows). Train noise, if you’re a light sleeper. The tile around the outside of the jacuzzi tub in our room had some apparent darker mildew and a slight odor. Small bathroom with vanity area, sink, toilet, no shower, as the jacuzzi tub is also your shower/bath (has the shower head, nozzle option inside the jacuzzi tub, which is wide open, no shower curtain, and the tub is wider based to step into).

Quiet, mostly. The trains that come through woke us up a few times during our stay, but not a deal breaker. Comfortable bed, good central location in town. Jacuzzi tub was clean and big. Everything worked in the room. Good value, friendly staff.

I prefer carpeted floors in hotel rooms but they were in excellent condition and looked very nice. I do with there were more breakfast options. But again for the price it exceeded my expectations.

I expected less for the price I paid. I was surprised at how nice it was. It was quiet. I prefer hotels with carpeted rooms personally but the floors were in excellent condition.

The manager had cancelled my reservation and when I showed up to get my room, he said " I have to get you another reservation, but will cost you more ( about $70 for 3 nights more). The refrigerator didn't work, thus food I had purchased spoiled. The extractor fan in bathroom was very noisy.

Breakfast was served. The attendant was pleasant.
