Location is convenient for travelers- close to highways, gas stations-but not in a very aesthetically pleasing part of town. Watch out for pedestrians and bikes getting in and out of the parking lot! That said, you can see the mountains as you sip coffee at Starbucks.

Room is exceptionally clean, new shower, refrigerator. Conveniently there is a Starbucks on one side and an excellent Asian restaurant on the other side that’s open late.

Parking was tight

Rooms newly updated. Very comfortable. Ben was amazing. Alfonso was the "all in one" man. Clearly takes pride in his work and has phenomenal customer service!

The fridge was to noisy, and the coffee lids didn’t fit the cups. I would have liked a device on the inside of the door for extra security to prevent from opening up when we are there.

The location was on the main entry street to Flagstaff, so sometimes it was hard to turn left toward downtown.

The room was clean and nice, and the beds were comfortable with nice soft bedding. The bathroom was nice with overhead shower.

The rooms are a little small you can hear the guest in the adjacent rooms and there was no additional lock on the door once you were inside the room for personal safety.

Great location, the bed was comfortable towels were good quality and soft. Check in was quick and easy.

My stay did not start off on the right foot. When I arrived, the front office was closed and the signs said no one would be back until 4:30 pm. I got there around 2:30, so I was early for the 4 pm check in but I've never been to a hotel where there was no one on duty during the day and they weren't going to be back until AFTER the check in time. There was a # to call but of course I was not getting service so I had to go next door to the Starbucks to connect to their WiFi. Did I mention it was pouring rain and this was after 6 hours of traveling? No one answered the first time I called and the VM was full so I couldn't leave a message. I finally got a hold of someone and they sent someone to the office about 10 minutes later. Things improved from there. They let me check in early and I was very happy with the room. But, I still can't believe they would not have someone in the office in the middle of the day. That is not a great way to greet your guests and start off their stay.

The room was perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The sheets were super soft and the towels were thick and soft - much better quality than I would have expected! Very good value!

Our expensive was incredible. The gentleman at the office was accommodating to me being disabled and getting in the office to book our stay. He apologized for not having a handicap shower with handles. The room was extremely clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The bedding was so pretty, we wanted to know where to get it from. The guy was extremely helpful when we had to talk to him. I would stay there again at any time.

Shower had low water pressure, but was roomy and clean. Phone and AC were complicated and hard to figure out.

Ideal spot when travelling through Sedona . Room exceptionally clean . Bed comfy . Friendly reception Ideal for short stay can park outside room . Has pool but we didn’t use it . Close to busy main road but couldn’t hear traffic in room. Took recommendation of where to eat within walking distance and that was excellent .

They charge for any little damage, makup on face cloths, stain on sheets, etc. They ranged from $20 tp $4000. I was rather nervous the whole time, afraid to make any mistakes. I asked for an inspection before checkout to make sure I would not be surprised with a bill on my credit card. NO HAIR DRYER OR ICE BUCKET HOU HAVE TO ASK. Office doesn't open till 8 and closes at 10:30 so if you dont know and need to go early, you have no hair dryer, or want ice at 11 pm like I did.

A nice place, remodeled older hotel, they did a nice job, clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.

I would have given a 10 but people are sometimes skeptical of a 10. Sonia, the owner, is exceptional. She went extra miles again and again, and acted like I was her only guest even though every room was booked because of ball players' annual retreat. The bed and sheets! Wonderful. Cleanliness. Exceptional. I will always go to Castle Rock on my trips to Flagstaff from Phoenix. Five stars. Wonderful accommodations.

Nothing! It was great.

Alphonse was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the sheets were soft, and the towels were thick and fluffy. It was quiet and we could park close to our room. I was glad we were offered a downstairs or upstairs room. No complaints! It was an excellent budget choice.

I read reviews online saying the beds were super comfortable but once I tried them myself they were a little too firm for my liking but I have slept in worse beds.

The room was pristine , clean and had everything you needed. Coffee pot, fridge, stove, sink. It was within walking distance to Starbucks and many other places nearby. The bathroom and walk in shower were a dream.
