Pet area was filthy. Trash and waste hadn't been removed for a while.

They're doing renovations. Some nice upgrades but some of the workmanship is lacking

The room location was incredibly quiet I couldn't even hear the neighboring rooms or anyone outside. I'm a light sleeper so this was amazing for me.

I had a very pleasant one night stay at this hotel. The breakfast was better than expected, they had more choices than expected. The room was nice and clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

The window to the outside didn’t lock. Staff didn’t have a solution. We had to jury-rig it. Stairway to second floor could use safer bannisters. Sink with running water was in the bedroom, not the bathroom with shower and toilet. Included breakfast was poor.

Friendly staff. Family-owned. Quiet. Very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Air conditioner made a lot of noise. Ceiling light was burned out or switch didn't work.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was good with yogurt, hardboiled eggs and English muffins and coffee.

No bathtub, alas. It IS a long walk. I didn't mind it, but you otherwise will end up parking downtown, which is chaotic, unless you just go to the paid parking spot.

Friendly check in, hot shower, comfy bed. I like Ashland. It's a long walk downtown, which was nice actually, though not for everyone. You can catch a bus from there.

Did not like that it was half hotel half apartments. The walkways were uneven and kinda sketchy. Did not use the pool or sauna. Wanted to take a hot bath, but there was no way to plug the drain.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The drain stopper in our sink wasn't functioning properly, but the front desk person came and solved the problem right away. Evidence showed someone let their dog defecate in the driveway without disposing of it properly. This at a motel that offers a nice, fenced-in space for dog walking and, presumably, dog pooping.

Breakfast selections were plentiful considering this is a budget-friendly motel. Grab a seat at one of the outdoor tables with umbrellas for a peaceful meal on a sunny day. This family-run motel is located in a quiet residential area near the edge of town. Our room had nearly everything we needed.
