The staffs were very helpful and friendly, and I felt welcomed. The location is very convenient to me as the event I attended was held in Anaheim Convention Center. I was clumsy and forgot to bring the room keys a few times, the staff were patient enough to assist me getting back into my room.

One of the mattresses was super old and worn out, therefore, it was uncomfortable. Also, the blackout curtains were only on one of the windows, the other one had only a beige curtain so sunlight came through the windows pretty early in the day.

It was very comfortable. They locked the front door and we used our card to access and it was lovely to feel safer. The shuttle was close and convenient.

It has a great location to one of the toy story parking lots. You can get pre screened and beat the line at DL.

The pipes are old, there was a sewer smell that came out of the sink when we would wash our hands. The bathtub also creaked really loudly, and we could hear every time our neighbor showered or washed their hands, There was also some confusion towards the end of our stay. I had notified the staff at check in that we may need to check out a day early(in town for a dance competition, but didn’t have the full schedule), She said because of the rate I booked, I’d still be charged the full stay. No problem. When it came time for us to leave, 3:30 pm, I was told that we would be charged because we missed the 3pm cut off. I had expected to pay based on the first staff member’s comment, but if I would have known I could leave by 3 and not be charged, we would have been out of there and saved $100. If I didn’t have a crying toddler with me, I may have pushed on this issue. It just didn’t sit right with me and I felt cheated as I left.

The bathroom was so small I couldn't walk in and close the door. I had to either climb in the shower or shimmy to the side of the toilet. The door also didn't like to lock while in the bathroom. Also, no exhaust fan. Wasn't a fan of the missing security lock for kids on the balcony door either. My son took full advantage of this! The AC wasn't as strong as I'd like it, but it did work. The beds were small(could've sworn we booked 2 queen beds.) We got doubles at best. Oh, and while it was free of pests, there was no mattress protector or bed bug protectors on the beds. Would've loved a microwave in the room, but they for have a great one in the lobby for guest use.

The price and location are fabulous! Loved that all of the lights and outlets worked. The in room fridge was a great size! In walking distance to the Disney Parks, but also across the street from the free Disney shuttle to the parks(Toy Story parking lot). The pool was cooler than expected, but felt great on 90°+F days. It was also a lot deeper than expected.

It's not that I "didn't" like anything, but it's mostly informational for future guests... The bathroom is small, since it's an older hotel. The TVs are old (no guide, no apps), and the curtains could be replaced. But none of this hindered my stay or comfort whatsoever!

The location is absolutely perfect and feels like it's in a safe area. This is our second time staying here, and we were pleased to know that it was just a pleasant of a stay as it was the our first time back in 2022. Staff were very friendly with excellent service. Our king room was very roomy. The beds and pillows were super comfy, especially after being on our feet for 15 hours! The value was perfect for what we received.

It’s very convenient for ins & out when needed. Hilton & Marriott always a wait ! Walking distance to convention center. Great place & value not luxurious. The cleanliness & convince of the Clarion location is worth it.

It’s a bit far from Disneyland. We took uber back and forth to save time and steps.

The room was a bit outdated, the yellow tile in the bathtub was odd to see, the toilet took 2 to 3 flushes just to get a small amount of toilet paper down and there was no microwave in the room
