When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The pool needs resurfaced and a better filter.
It was clean and comfortable and didn't break the budget. The beds where nice the water was strong and hot. The breakfast was ok as well.

Our room was in a 2nd building, so didn't feel 100% safe. Our key cards didn't work in all the doors to get into the building.
The room was decent. It wasn't far from the highway and close to alot of different food options.

The only negatives were the carpet was wet when we arrived from a good cleaning and we worried the kids would catch cold from damp feet. Also, took a long time for shower to get warm, about 12 mins. But great staff and nice breakfast!
The staff were so understanding! We had medical assessments for our two toddlers at different times and they allowed us a generous check out time so we wouldn't have to try to keep kids calm in a small waiting room.

Seemed a bad job modernizing rooms-the shower was small-anyone over 5’6’ would be awkward, there isn’t an elevator and it’s a pretty good walk to rooms. The area where the breakfast foods are is the worst. The plates and cups are in a corner right by the waffle maker so you are always having to get in each others way. The potatoes were awful but everything else was ok.
Near Cracker Barrel, we were safe, the eggs were good in the morning, down stairs was modern, staff were nice-gave us cookies.

Nothing. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again.
Check-in was really easy, the staff were very friendly. We were told they were short staffed so the room we booked was in another building...NO BIG DEAL to us. The room was very clean and we were within walking distance of a couple of stores and Cracker Barrel. We would definitely stay again. James, the front desk clerk was very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

The carpet in our first-floor hallway was extremely dirty and stained. if you cant remove it you could clean it...

The front desk staff weren’t all very friendly and some made you feel like it was an inconvenience to ask a question also while there housekeepers were rude felt it was ok to talk about us in the breakfast area seeing as though we cleaned up are own room by choice yes but talking about us wasn’t acceptable Also common areas weren’t very clean

I had hoped to exercise while there, but unfortunately the exercise bike seat was broken and couldn't be fixed while I was there. There were other machines that worked, though I didn't use them. The carpet in my room also felt slightly sticky/not clean. The room smelled slightly moldy, maybe with traces of cigarette smoke (maybe from smokers outside?). It wasn't severe, I got used to the air soon after entering the room, and wore my shoes in the room. The bathroom and other areas were clean. The hotel is also right next to a road and near the highway, but given this, I found it relatively peaceful.
I loved the staff at Clarion Point. They were very attentive and accommodating, though not all things (like the broken exercise bike) were in their control. Breakfast was good and the staff were also proactive about following up on my needs (e.g., getting me a good desk chair, fixing a light that didn't work, or getting me a letter that arrived after I left). The pool was quiet and peaceful (it's more of a wading pool with an irregular shape, very sweet), and there were quiet spaces outside the hotel to walk, get sun, have a conversation. I had requested a quiet room, and they put me at the end of the hall on the first floor which was quiet and also made going outside very easy/accessible.
