The room was gross . The bed wasn't made properly, looked like a druggy hotel. It was not worth the 150$ I paid.

the parking lot was very run down, there was a visible crack between the door and doorframe, the bathroom was subpar, it was much more expensive than it was worth

It looked good to start BUT, ..Their were no bedside outlets. No trash cans in room only one small can in bathroom. No coffee pot in room. There was a place for an iron and ironing board but neither one was there. The bedding was clean but not soft at all, very rough. The included breakfast was very disappointing. It was toast, coffee, and cereal. NO juice muffins or any hot food of any kind. There was one apple and it was visibly bruised.

The room was clean and reception was friendly.

I think I was booked into the newer section, but when we arrived we couldn't take it because my husband doesn't do stairs well, he uses a walker. So he gave us another room on ground level out back. The room smelled so musty we had to open windows to air it out, I don't think it had been cleaned in awhile because of the dust, cobwebs, and a tub with dead bugs in it. But, we were so tired we just made the best of it.

It is fair that the budget is good however there is no lift so you will need to carry all luggages to upstairs. It should mentioned from booking.com The staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of traffic, not the quieter area but as expected. The couch could use a stain clean but extremely comfortable.

Very dirty. The floor (carpet) was disgusting, it has obviously not been hoovered. Overall, the whole property is run down and dirty. The (non-smoking) room smelled as if people had been smoking in it for decades. Half of the lamps, sockets, etc, didn't work. Noise at night from people shouting and doing other things. Paper-thin walls that literally bounce when somebody in a neighboring room bangs against the wall. Poor WiFi.

Cheap (in both senses of the word), large room. Strong hot water. Convenient location just outside Albany. Some good eateries nearby.
