We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaHotel once we arrive charge an extra $50 for some reason which should have been stated during booking. Never received that deposit back. I will never stay there again. The breakfast bar is extremely too small. People checking in or out is stuffed in the same room as people eating. Rather be where there are bigger accommodations. And if I am going to be charged other than what Booking.com says, I should be notified, period.

United States of AmericaI will say that the tater tots were a disappointment 😅Tasted freezerburnt and bummed me out bc who doesn't love tots for breakfast!? The woman at the desk when we arrived was off putting and tried to say the room was more and couldn't find our booking even after I showed her my confirmation. I was tired from driving and started to get irritate and loud and all of a sudden it showed up... That was some bs. Otherwise, the rest of our interactions with staff were great.
Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, but was good to start the day with decent food included. Rooms, halls and entry were all clean well maintained. Housekeeping hooked us up with extra towels when we saw them in the hallway. Plenty of free parking in their lot that also felt safe.

United States of AmericaOn family vacation/reunion Hampton on July 2023. My family needed to switch rooms due to the air-conditioning unit not working properly. Our room was humid and keeping the temperature of the outside air of 78° 86°degrees. When the front desk was informed about this defect, instead of seeing what other possible rooms were free to switch into. A member of the front desk came into our room to check the unit, which was reading 76°warm,instead of the 68°cool air we had it set for. Then, proceeded to inform us that the hallway was also humid just like our room,and because of the heat, this is normal. After 20 mins of heated discussion, my husband, two kids, and I were able to move to a different room. Yes, I wish we were able to switch hotels, but due to 2 other family reunions and festivities,(wedding) surrounding hotels were booked.

United States of AmericaWhat I didn’t like about my stay is that My first interaction when I walked in was not welcoming at all😠 Olivia who was the front desk clerk was very unpleasant. She did not greet us nicely. And when we asked for extra towels she acted as if she had an attitude and we were bothering her. I booked one night and planned to stay an extra day but that interaction made me want to go back home. I was in town for Family weekend at Hampton University to surprise my daughter so we decided to stay at another hotel.
The breakfast was great! Nick was an amazing front desk clerk. I wish I might him first when I checked in!

United States of AmericaThe walls were super thin. We could hear our neighbors talking and the music was super loud. I had to call 3x after 11:00 PM to finally complain. No one would ever answer the front desk phone. It sounded like the girl working the front desk was actually in the room beside us at the party. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable! The breakfast is not served long enough. Should be served at least until 10:00. The lobby was very dirty after breakfast hours - even though it had been a while since the breakfast was over. The counters were not cleaned & food laying around. Someone had dropped a container of milk and it was all over the place. Need a smoking area not right beside the front entrance. People were always standing right at the entrance smoking.
The room was clean and I was glad that I could just hang a tag on the door to show I wanted maid service. The pool area was nice.

And appeared to be ticked that we were waiting for something to eat. The staff seem to hide out in back room until someone comes to the desk. The staff are not very friendly.

United States of AmericaThere were a few cosmetic issues in the walls and floor. The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated but not completely . The check-in process was long due to only one person, and there were 5 people waiting ahead.
Very convenient location. The rooms were a nice size and the bed was comfortable. Rooms had a refrigerator and microwave .
