The outdoor grounds were not well maintained. You could hear hallway noise through the door.
The room was adequate for our need and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory with multiple selections.

The coffee is not great, you may want to plan for getting coffee elsewhere.
I've paid much more for much worse. We appreciated the convenience, value, and cleanliness of this hotel. The pool is actually nicer than the photograph implies. It was a holiday weekend and crowded, so we did experience some noise from other guests but nothing crazy.

There were little black hairs all over the pillow cases and sheets. It wasn’t just our room. The front desk person changed the sheets for us.
It looked clean. The pool was not open so that was disappointing. I liked the big field to the right so the kids could play outside.

We found two live roaches in the bathroom. May fumigation would be helpful.
The breakfast was okay. The service was fine. However, the soda and water vending machine was not working and we had not purchased any water before getting to the hotel. Thank god we had brought a water bottle in our car for our ride to Maryland so we had some for the night.

I really do not have any complaints or anything that I did not like. The hotel was great, and I would recommend it to fiends and family.
The staff, was great, friendly, and informative. The staff went above and beyond to provide information and make our stay comfortable and less stressful.

There are no frills about this hotel, which is not a bad thing in general, but it does speak to the cost of the stay. You are paying more than you would for a place like this, but it's truly only because its the only place in town.
My coworker and I have stayed here several times while on business in Kent County. It's a convenient location, central to most everything we need while we're in town. We also like not having to worry about breakfast because its included, and with several options there's something for everyone. The lady at the front desk, we've also seen her several times over the last two years, has always been kind and courteous.

An outdoor area with tables and chairs would have been nice. We were not told that we would not have house keeping everyday. We were there for two nights.

The selection was from bottom of the line goods. Step it up a notch or two.
The breakfast is in a large room right off the lobby. I was there early, about 6:45. the offering is very mediocre at best. Preformed crescents of "scrambled egg" , bread, sausages, juice and a bowl of apples. The only thing that appealed to me was the apple. Small, but delicious.

I wish I could’ve gotten the AC to blast non-stop instead of cycling on and off. But the room was never not cold; I’m just a picky AC guy.

The view from the room into the courtyard for the swimming pool exist, was full of green algae. Kind of gross

Breakfast wasn't served until 630am weekdays. 700am weekends, we had places to be by 700am. Had too seek breakfast elsewhere .
