No hot water for the shower, or very little, the temperature was like a cold swimming pool. One of our towels had a little stain on it when received The paperwall was not properly installed everywhere The AC unit is REALLY loud

Only one toaster didn't work out so well during breakfast - too many people. There was a bad smell in the bathroom when we checked in, but fortunately it disappeared after one day.

The room was so so sooooooo small! We had to turn side ways to walk in between the bed and dresser in order to get to the other side of the room where the desk and other side of the bed was.

I had a huge suitcase which I needed to handle myself through first steps to reach reception. Breakfast choice was really poor as for this price. Room curtains were old and dirty. Air conditioning old and hard to put on proper temperature.

Location and calm area with grocery shop nearby. Nice staff an free coffee in the lobby.

We booked a queen room and were upgraded to a king room, but the room we got seemed smaller, and also the bed seemed really small (even for a queen). The bathroom was adapted for someone with some mobility impairment, so there was no tub, and we had to put a towel on the floor so the water would not come out. The pictures of the room we were supposed to have booked were not exactly the same. So, we thought that the price should have been cheaper. In general, though, it was only one night, it was good, breakfast was great, so, it is what it is. :)

It is near a small park, some restaurants and a museum. I liked the breakfast option, and it was included in our booking. It was very clean, and even though it was facing the street, it wasn't as noisy as we thought.

Got a parking ticket for parking in the Hotel Guest parking spot, didn’t time but I guess it was longer than 15 minutes to check in, put luggage and get back outside…

Location is in walking distance from Smithsonian museums. Pretty good breakfast. Facilities a bit old but clean.

Service was good but the rooms were not at par. The beds too narrow and uncomfortable, the pillows looked like cut in half!!

The front desk ladies were nice and the hotel was close to nightlife and restaurants.

The parking situation is a pain!!! You have to park for 15mins out front and rush to move for the next guest arrival cause there is room for maybe three cars. Then you have to drive 1/2 mile down the street and park in the bottom floor of the parking garage and walk back to the hotel!!! The breakfast was DISGUSTING!!! Nasty, tasteless, dry food 🤮 Our room was so stuffy we had to keep the window cracked and we think there was mold in the A/C unit. Not the best and won’t stay there again
