You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere is no soundproofing between the room and the corridor. Slots in the doors, so the audibility is maximum. The doors of the neighbors slam so that everyone woke up. Not everything is new, one might even say old. Shabby furniture. The street smelled of garbage, apparently the bins had not been taken out for a long time. Disgusting wifi. The shower in the bathroom could not be turned on at all. It turned out that it was necessary to press the water switch somehow differently. This has never happened in other hotels.

United States of Americawe had a very bad experience when checking out …the desk clerk surprised us with an exorbitant pet fee of $300. that was never disclosed or hinted at during check in!!!!i. we will never stay there again even tho the property was nice and convenient. the male desk clerk was snotty at each interaction. the hotel was hosting a kids soccer tournament so it was full of kids and families…ok for us but no consideration given for the fact we couldn’t get breakfast before 8:30 each of the 6 days we stayed there.,.
