Mold in room, elevator did not work

The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. One of the larger towels was soiled and all of the towels still felt a little damp when I first entered the room. The bedspread was stained. There was a hole punched in the bathroom wall. And the flooring is that wood like vinyl that never looks like it's been swept properly. The property is dated and could use a little TLC.

Traveling solo you worry about safety and I felt safe in and around this hotel. Staff was friendly and engaging.

Housekeeping never cleaned or restocked our room and we stayed for 5 days. It would be nice to offer continental breakfast but I did know this was not offered before booking. Sofa bed was sunk in and shower was slimey. And the first night the remote fell behind our bed and we had to move it to get it and there was so much trash under the bed (food, plastic bottles, rotten rose petals and dirt)

The space in the room was great. Coffee in the lobby was great tasting and available 24/7. Low noise even being on a main highway.

The facilities have seen better days, old furniture, holes in the shower unit. TV didn't work in one of the rooms, floors not clean. Mold on the lampshade. Facility could use some more attention.

The bed was comfortable and the front desk gal was friendly.

Floors were very dirty. Fixed toilet that wouldn’t fill. Sink was broken and glued together. Not esthetically pleasing. Half of the outlets didn’t work.

This property need a lot of upgrades. The furniture needed replacing, especially the chairs that was in the room. Upholstery need to clean badly. They need to put in basics if it’s going to be going to Renata room, brooms, pots, and pans dishes especially for the king superior suite. The bathroom needed a whole new tub shower Enclosure because it was very old and very dirty. The bed slept very well though I’d stay again.

The property was in a good location very quiet.

It just seemed like it could’ve been more cleaner and during my stay it was super loud and the fire alarm system sensor kept going off every few hours but if I had too I’d stay again

Bad odor throughout the hotel. Nonetheless the location was close to where I needed to be. I didn’t spend a lot of time on the property. Just needed a place to lay my head at night.

AC blew directly into a corner of the room and did not work well. Lock on the door was busted. Elevator was broke. Room booked was not the room we got, booked room with extra space and couch but got a smaller King room with only a chair, yet paid the price for the larger room

very few outlets worked, and the hairdryer was non-functional. Either that, or the bathroom outlets also didn't work. The walls were pretty tattered too.

Ok the housekeepers didn’t speak English, my room did come with door latch (broken). My cards hardly worked to open my room door. No breakfast nor pool nor ice.

It was clean, quick check in. Wasn’t a lot of noise or moving up and down the hallway.

The smell of dog and the cleaning was not great , no light bulbs in the rooms, the doors didn't shut right or lock properly, the people was nice except one worker, no coffee machine in the rooms, the mattress was nasty, rated as a 4

The price.. Expectations weren't high when you get a good price like that you should not expect the taj Mahal..

The room was in need of a lot of repairs, the closet rack was broken down, the toilet paper holder was broken and badly rusted out, the toilet seat was loose, the baseboards in the bathroom were a mess. There was some kind of dried fluids on the bathroom counter, the toilet seat was loose, there were 2 bath towels but only one hand towel and only one washrag, the sheet didn't fit the bed right and looked slept in, there was no room service no fresh towels and the bed did not get made after the first night. The light fixture over the sink didn't work, and the lamp was not good for doing hair and makeup. Why do your motels put a double or queen sized sheets on a king bed? The drink machine was always empty.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful,. The night clerk even found me some bottled water when the drink machine was empty.
