Room was not super clean, the laundry was out of order, the exercise room is being remodeled, and the breakfast is ok except the pancake machine works maybe half the time.

The pool and the staff are pretty great. Infact the pool is the main reason we go to this hotel. With a three story water slide.

Staff was super helpful. It was a busy weekend, but still greated with a smile. Breakfast was the only area that needed improvement. With a sold out hotel, one would expect they would have accounted for the need of more food to restock. But, the staff was super friendly and kept the place clean and tidy.. we will definitely be back..

The breakfast was good but they closed the doors to the breakfast area very promptly at 9am.... I saw folks get turned away as they walked up to the door. When we arrived they insisted on taking payment again even though we had already been charged. So the credit card had double charges on it for a while. It did get cleared up but it took several conversations with the front desk staff. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly but the woman who checked us in didn't make eye contact or speak clearly and just told us we had to wait because our room wasn't ready and she just walked away without telling us how long it would be.

The location was close to family that we were visiting, and to several restaurants. The room was comfortable, plenty of room to spread out and relax during our 5 night stay. There was traffic noise the first night, and we were going to switch rooms, but it went away.

My father was having a medical procedure at Medical Center of the Rockies and this was a quick 5-minute drive. Perfect location for my family. Great location for grabbing some food also. Good selection.

The pool was fun but dirty and had a bunch of rocks on it. Very crowded.

Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hot tub was not working. The pool was fun and my kids loved it but it was kind of dirty. A lot of rocks in the pool. It's very busy so not for relaxing.

When checking in, the room rate changes for each night. I was not told that I had to request house cleaning for each day.

The pool was a hit with the grandson. Beds were comfortable and room was large.

The toilet paper holder was broken --- off the wall. WE had to ask for a new ironing board as the legs were broken. I just found it strange that they don't keep an extra roll of toilet paper in the room and anything you need like more towels from day to day have to be requested. Wish there were more lights in the entire room. The bathroom was very dark and you could see the lights needed to be replaced.

Breakfast was good. It would have been nice to have different meat each day instead of smoked sausage. The grandkids loved the pool slide and I got to enjoy the outdoor hot tub. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and I would stay there again.
