The outside air was very polluted, the room door was not very secure and barely closed. Roaches were present, a lizard was in the shower. The bed had stains along with the couch.

The property from the outside was clean. The reception area was looking good as well.

Pool closed and no notice in advance to say it would be, we picked the hotel because it had a pool, beds not comfy! Sofa bed not useable, breakfast was rubbery especially the scrambled eggs and breakfast meat, washer and dryer not too n the first level, we eventually found some on the second floor but no notices to tell you they were there, no ice machine in the hotel works!! All have notices to say they weren’t working

The hotel pool was closed and didn’t look like it was going to be open anytime soon! We spent 3 days here and it was closed all the time we was there, The smell of weed is all over the hotel! Guests were Openly sat on stairs smoking it and it smelt from getting up to going to bed! We did mention it to reception staff but he didn’t care! Male receptionist we saw a few times and we ended up having to book another room as the sofa bed was unusable! We didn’t have pillows or sheets for the sofa bed, we didn’t ask for them but was only provided with a top and bottom sheet! No ice machines working in the hotel and the washer and dryer is missing form the first floor!

The location is good for getting to sea world and aquatica, international drive is only over the road

That property was not well maintained and they also asked me for a deposit to check in and they told me that I was going to receive it between 3-5 business days and it has already been two weeks.

The hotel is in bad shape and the hallways are dirty cracked, çx, ice machine in dank area, pool not open, rooms smelled like mold, carpet smelled, lobby was mopped with pine Sol that was overpowering. Breakfast had no flavor and the coffee seemed like it was reheated from the previous day and burnt.

The hot tub was cold, my room had roaches the food was serve cold, the towels was small the room was dirty and the sheets was grey I high recommend not going there again!!! Waist of money also I put a 50$ deposit down and still was never reimbursed for my stay there

The guests were shady, the front lady didn’t want to give us extra towels when we only had one in the room, guest stayed up partying and smoking dope through hallways.

The lamp at the room only 1 worked too dark the room I had to leave the bathroom door open to light up the room and there were a lot of problems with the receptacles and also saw 2 cockroaches

Room was stinking and having bad smell, even after use of room spray it didn’t worked. Room was not cleaned, and too dark,the staff was not cooperative. Less option of breakfast. Need improvement for room freshness
