Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location and room size! Close to airport. We actually walked from the international terminal airport to the hotel. On the way back, we used the free hotel shuttle.

A partner 77 years old had to pull his 55+ lb luggage (we all, party of 13). No asistance. Wild shuttle boarding. Nasty people jump the line within the hotel facility. Argues. The hotel security team doesn’t support the honorable guests.

Desk staff is not cooperative
Staff who took my luggage in the room was super super friendly. Helped me a lot and guide me too regarding the facilities I can enjoy in the hotel. Thats the duty of front desk staff but those are not so much cooperative. Luggage guy was superv.

Close to LAX, with shuttle service. Variety of food options on site, from fine dining to coffee/snack shop to mini-market for DIY microwave meals available 24/7. Helpful when traveling internationally and your stomach says it’s time to eat at 3:00 AM!

Very few of the extras we’ve come to expect from hotels of this caliber. For instance, a coffee pod machine was provided, but no allowance for tea drinkers. No milk, just coffee mate. Only two paper cups provided.

The food options were limited unless you wanted to eat in the extremely, laughably overpriced restaurant in the hotel, which, you will ultimately be forced to do. There is a carbonara on the menu for $50. We paid $100USD for 2 adults to have breakfast. Insanity. They also put 20% service on your restaurant bill without even asking, oh and that's for a buffet where you serve yourself!
The location of the airport was great. Easy to get to and from the airport. The staff were nice and friendly. Comfortable room.

Booked this location based on the shuttle reviews, as we had the room for a short night’s sleep on a layover. Although advertised as every 20 minutes, our waiting time for the shuttles was less than 5 minutes both directions, (including at 5am), which really helped us get the maximum possible time to rest.

All good, I would certainly stay here again.
Transportation to hotel by free bus was excellent . Check in was good and room was very nice. Food and drink was available at the bar until very late. 23.00. Dinner and breakfast was of a good quality .

No complaints, all went well.
Transportation to hotel by free bus was excellent with helpful driver who handled luggage both on and off bus, Check in was good. Room was good . Food , both dinner and breakfast was good.

The wi-fi is the worst we have experienced. It appears the router was visible but no bandwidth clearly being channeled into the guest wi-fi router. We tried and tried and were correctly connected each time, but Facebook and emails simply would not load. The other annoying thing was the weak water pressure in the bathroom which was also quite small.
The location next to LAX and the free shuttle service which runs 24/7. Rooms are as expected, Comfortable beds and double glazing keeps the aircraft noise down.

Cost was a bit high, but overall it seemed like a good value for the convenience of being so close to LAX.
Modern, clean facilities. Great fitness room. Easy shuttle service to/from LAX. One of the best airport hotels I've stayed at.
