We didn't get to swim they locked the gate and there wasn't any hot food for breakfast

The sheets had stains and I found a couple of cockroach’s in the bathroom and near the beds.

The property has a pool and the staff were nice.

There had been some repairs in the bathroom that weren’t covered up properly/ tub had hair in it from previous occupants

The lady who checked me in was nice and efficient, bed was comfortable and the Mountain View from patio was nice

When you first walk in it was warm and damp feeling and had an odd smell. It was 90 degree outside and the hallway didn’t feel like they had much AC going to it. We got into the room and our room unit was set to 82 and heat on high! It was roasting in there! The breakfast didn’t have much of a selection, it was either a waffle or cereal.

Liked the location. Front desk clerk was nice upon arrival.

I liked the old school vibe and the outdoor pool was great! Felt like an ol school 80s Florida vibe in Tennessee lol because colors etc. Had a simple breakfast. Waffle maker pastries fruit yougurt. Older hotel but my room was clean.

It was not very disability friendly. Though there were some ramps in order to get to office dining area stairs were involved. Also the breakfast was very limited, no butter or peanut butter for waffles, no toast or sweet rolls only packaged powdered sugar/chocolate donuts, 3 dry cereal choices/ oatmeal, no fresh fruit, eggs, bacon/sausage choices.

It was clean and the location was good. The room was furnished with clean towels and trash pickup daily.

We had to move rooms because there was no refrigerator in the first one. There was also sticky residue on the bathroom counter. There is NO elevator, and we had to carry luggage up 3 separate flights of steps and to the end of the last hall. We weren't told there was a side entrance till morning. However, it couldn't be accessed from the outside anyway. Breakfast was a joke. There was a waffle machine but very little else but dry or packaged things.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean for the most part.The cost was great for the room size.

All good. Have stayed here before, but this time had a view of the parking lot instead of the pretty side.

Great location just off highway with a great view. Mexican restaurant in adjoining parking lot. Comfortable beds, balcony or patio seating off the room. I like the vinyl flooring so that you know the floor has been cleaned. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and items were refilled as needed. We found a city park with a gorgeous short hike to a beautiful waterfall less than a mile from the hotel!

We were in a non-smoking room, but the restroom always smelled like smoke.

It was conveniently located off the highway, a great price and the bed was extremely comfortable. Getting our luggage to the room was a challenge since you have to pull it up a concrete ramp adjacent to the stairs, but it wasn’t impossible. I did like the fact it had a restaurant adjacent to it, but we didn’t eat.

The room had a chair that was filled with little holes, and the breakfast was very minimal. There was no elevator, so luggage had to be hand carried.

The staff were pleasant and efficient. Check-in went quickly, and the room was clean.

Check in was "blah" as the young lady showed little emotion and seemed skilled but bored. Her directions to the entrance were bad and it took us awhile to get into the building.

Breakfast was adequate. I would prefer protein such as hard boiled eggs and there were none here. Beds were comfortable but TV wouldn't work and we had to call for help and they did come within 15 mins and fixed it. Room was comfortable.
