The pool area was much smaller than I expected, pictures on website made it seem bigger, there was only one area that blocked the wind, and it filled up quickly. No local place to get breakfast and prices at the "cafe" were extremely high

A particular staff person in breakfast dining area was very rude to customers & other staff. All other staff we encountered, especially the pool area bartender, were exceptional & went above & beyond. Not enough staff at breakfast area and at pool area bar. Only one person staffing each. Very long waits.

Needs some upgrading to be charging the price they do. Pool is small (but nice) and bar area is tight without server service (you have to stand in line at bar). Bathroom to use while at the pool is inside and the carpet gets wet and sandy. Gym was very small and awkward to use. Staff were hit or miss but overall helpful.

The tv reception was poor. It showed multiple channels that we watch and when we selected them the tv froze. One channel was USA and there were a couple other channels that froze the tv. Other than that all was great 👍🏻

Great location, easy access to the beautiful beach, Nice heated pool and with outdoor Tiki bar< We were and able to walk to stores and restaurants. Very good restaurant next door. Also on site food that was very good.

However, there was one downside that I feel needs to be addressed. The pet fee of $100 per night seems quite excessive. While I understand the need for such a fee, I believe the amount is too high and could potentially deter pet owners like myself from staying in the future. Despite this, I hold the hotel in high regard and would recommend it to others, although pet owners might want to consider the extra cost.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, my overall experience was quite pleasant. The hotel itself was immaculate, offering a comforting sense of cleanliness. The rooms were not only neat, but also quite comfortable which made my stay there very relaxing. The staff deserve a special mention as well. They were welcoming right from the get-go and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

I don’t think $35 dollars/day is fair , the hotel does not offer chairs and umbrella at the beach.

Shop vac started at 7am on a Sunday at a room next to ours, that was noisy they should have waited with that until people are awake.

Very helpful front desk staff gave us a very nice room with great balcony, will definately come back and stay here.

The elevator didn’t work. The breakfast room did not have all breakfast dishes available. The tables on the outside patio were dirty.

Unfortunately, when we got there, we found out we had to move rooms after one night. However, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even upgraded our room.

The sliding door could be bigger to allow for more view to be seen of the ocean from the inside. The balcony chairs and table should be taller to allow people to see over the balcony railing to see the ocean.
