Rooms look pretty dated. Careful with other guests, had a neighbor arguing with her partner all night and would not be quiet. Parking kind of expensive at $25. Breakfast was depressing

The provided towels were limited. Only 2 towels for 3 people in a room. I could have gone downstairs and asked for another but didn't. There were some yellow stains on one of the bed sheets.

Every staff member was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Loved that oat milk was available for my coffee.

The breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30, but they took out the waffle makers at 9:00. I thought that was kind of lame.

"Silverware" at breakfast was very cheap. The plastic fork couldn't be used to "cut" through a cheese omelet. One elevator was inoperable and lead to long wait times. However, my stay was better than I expected and I would definitely stay at this location again.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location was super convenient to uptown Charlotte. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Christy from Q Tavern. Restaurant and bar on-site a definite bonus. Hot breakfast was nice.

Room was nice, biggest complaint was the obvious signs of wear, and items that one could easily harm themselves on. The wallpaper above the toilet had a patch that was peeling, there was a tear in the shower liner and signs of mold on this. In the room itself, at the desk, pictures that may have once been hanging where just placed above the desk, amd one had screws sticking out of it. If you weren't careful, you could have easily stabbed/cut yourself on this. Only one elevator worked, and when there for an event, this is a problem.

Made/housekeeping was horrible. Knocked very loudly three times at 8:30 AM on our door even though we had the do not disturb sign hanging, which woke me and my son up.

Location to event was great front desk and maintenance. Employees were amazing. Hotel was clean and very enjoyable

I found stink bugs in two different rooms. All of the furniture just seemed old and dinged up really bad. I think it was clean enough to not be a concern but I’ll never go back. The photos do not represent that room well.

I liked how great the service was and the restaurant there is great. Also the parking is convenient.

Just 2 details: this is the first time that I have to pay for parking and the other was a surprise when I found the floor of the bathtub dirty all the room was perfectly clean except this part.

We were here for a concert and this hotel was a great option everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. The staff in the front desk and the breakfast room were so kind

Rooms need updating & bigger TVs. Too many floors are operating off 2 extremely slow elevators.

Breakfast attendants were very eager to close down breakfast & end their shift I suppose. It seems very impolite to start slanging breakfast items on the cart & start pulling items BEFORE 9:30…… just kindly ask the guests to make a final selection as it’s nearing time to close…… instead she tells one of the guests that were asking for food “there was not much left!!” And kept pulling food without showing any empathy. After all,“That is apart of Marriotts LEARN model 😉
