Lovely hotel very clean n had cosy beds. Pool lovely after a long day food good and great prices. Staff very helpful and loved the shuttle bus driver so helpful.

We did not know we had to pay for parking also I paid with breakfast included but clerk told e I would have to pay for breakfast extra and I did not find out until check out that breakfast was included when the man that checked us out asked us how breakfast was! I said we did not have any because the person that checked us in said it was extra and he said she did not read the note.Needless to say we needed to get on the road and left without breakfast.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was great location and the pool and outdoors looked very nice and inviting, It was easy to get on the highway and continue our trip.

For our two night stay the cleaning services did not stop by our room and breakfast being $20 per person, per day is kinda expensive. Also when arriving at the room the peephole almost fell off the door and the bathroom door didn't close properly without slamming.

Overall the room was ok for a three star hotel. Was relatively inexpensive and was refunded my deposit fairly quick.

Expensive parking. Breakfast limited and expensive. Took two days tp get our TV remote reprogramed so we could watch TV.

The parking garage and lot have potholes. Needs to be repaved. I thought there was free breakfast every morning but I was told that is only on the weekend.

The staff was very hepful and pleasent. Made checking in and out very easy / quick. The cleaning staff were always on time for house keeping.

Parking was protected but pricey for hotel stay.

The fact they took $50 per day without explaining the amount drawn from my account. This is criminal in my eyes.. YOU NEED TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE WHEN THEY BOOK. REGARDLESS THROUGH A SECOND PARTY LIKE BOOKING .COM. When U are on a budget you don't plan for these crazy robberies. And then you may not get it back till the end of your travels.. you can take it out on the day U should darn well put it back. Not good enough

I got about 5:00 to get a shower early but there was NO HOT WATER!!! But in all fairness, others who where there said they did not have this problem. So I guess I really don't know what happened. Although this is no ones fault, on the last night that I was there, the loudest people arrived to the room next to me about midnight.

I have stayed here before so I knew what the room was going to look like. I did not use the shuttle. The breakfast was a little disappointing only because they did not have any fruit or yogurt. The waitress was exceptionally nice :)

I felt like the price was a bit overated. I checked out and stayed at another location with better amenities for almost the same price. Also, I was celebrating my birthday, and there was some type of church convention, and I wanted to be respectful. That was my main reason for changing locations.

The views and the receptionist were nice and helpful.

There wasn’t information ahead of time about the cost to park at the hotel. This was $22 per day if I am not mistaken. Additionally, upon booking breakfast was noted to be included. Instead, we were told the breakfast buffet was closed that day and breakfast was charged to our room.

The hotel felt nice, and the staff were great. The restaurant staff were incredibly personable and lovely.

The parking. 70 year old Seniors had to park in underground with no access to hotel. Had to walk outside and up several ramps to get to the entrance Our room sounded like we were in the middle of a nascar race. Could here cars, truck and motorcycles all night
