The hotel's Wi-Fi didn't work, so we had to use our LTE connection. We didn't like the pillows, but this is a subjective opinion. We found cat hair on the bedding, and my child had symptoms of an allergy as a result. The personnel provided bed linen replacement, but still.

The hotel was excellent. We liked the location, the pool, and the variety of breakfast options. It was convenient that the hotel had several elevators, allowing you to find one closest to your room and also park your car nearby.

The hotel was overloaded, long queue for check in, or any desk services, Breakfast queue was so long that we preferred to skip it on one of the mornings. On the other day, some of the trays were empty and were not refilled (at least not while we were there) Service people were very nice and attentive but there weren't enough of them to provide good enough service

Location is good, within walking distance or short drive from city center. Convenient parking, clean, facilities are good although some would benefit from renovation

One of the best places we've stayed in a while! The entire staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly! The room was very clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the towels were not the cheap ones we seem to run into more often. The price was more reasonable than others we looked at in the area, which were also charging for parking, while the Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites had free parking! We will most definitely recommend this motel to our friends and family! It will also be our go-to whenever we are back in Salt Lake!

This is really picky but we would have liked more English muffins and also bananas for breakfast.

We really liked that there were fresh sliced fruits for breakfast. The fresh cinnamon rolls were a delight. Also there were real plates and mugs - this seems to be unusual since every other hotel is using plastic one-time-use plates, cups and cutlery nowadays which is sad because it creates so much waste. Also the free airport shuttle was amazing and really helpful. We had two rides with different drivers. Both were safe drivers and knew their routes very well and were on time and fast. The rental car company was just five minutes by foot from the Crystal Inn and getting the rental from there was so much cheaper than the same branch at the airport.

I liked the room (the bed was very comfy) and the access to tubi on the tv, and the location was close to public transport. My cousin enjoyed the pool I think.

It was close-ish to downtown but not quite close enough for us to walk to Temple square, especially considering the summer heat. Wish it had been a little closer.

The breakfast arrangements - on weekdays breakfast finishes at 9am and our experience was that you had to queue for ages between 8.20am and 9am as it seemed like lots of hotel guests arrived during the last 40 minutes. You can forget a quick and relaxing breakfast experience! Such a shame as the food was better than the average free hotel breakfast. Meant that some people in our group missed breakfast as they needed to go to the airport. Breakfast hours are extended at the weekend and it’s clear this should happen during the week too.

The area around the hotel was a little scary at night. The pool was open but the Jacuzzi was drained not open very disappointed.
