Parking is crazy. So close, I got a door ding on my jag. Room is crazy small. Not suitable for 4 people. Kitchenette is at your feet so whike ones cooking they can sit on bed lol. Fridge is compact cant fit food to cook. That was a complete waste of money its not a upgrade.

I didn't like looking at the cars when I was in the outside to sit and I didn't like all the people in front of my room looking out

The Room was very cozy but the balcony I was good to see for cars I didn't like that part and then never too many people in front of my room because they were using the barbecue grill and there were noises but the rooms were very nice People were very nice I give it an eight

Parking is very tight and Piggy back parking. you have to give your keys to the hotel staff otherwise they will tow your car in case they can’t reach you. They also ask you to sign the Rules sheet, some of the rules We never seen anywhere we stayed. outside our room our next door neighbors were smoking weed even though one of the rules says no Smoking.

The ac was up high on the wall and already on when I arrived. I couldn't check in until 4 pm. Your booking said between 3-4 pm. The ac motor was so loud. I had to ask someone from the office to turn the motor on low. But it was already on low. The motor was so loud you couldn't hear the TV which was right next to the ac on the wall. They brought me a controller so I could occasionally turn it off. I have hearing aids and this sound was excruciating. I couldn't stand it. The parking was do tight and limited. If you were the last car in you had to leave your key in the office or risk having your car towed at your expense. There was a $200 security deposit due at check in which I understood. However, there were two holds on my account for the $200, one at check in 6/23/25 and a second one on 6/25/25 which was check out day. That meant there was $400 of my debit account I couldn't use.

The room was clean but very small. I liked that the room was smoke-free.

The only complaint I have was the group of people next door. They were extremely loud and the noise came right through the wall. I went to the office to complain and the staff immediately called them. They did quiet down for about an hour. People were banging on their door all night. They became loud again and I lasted ALL night long. We were unable to get any sleep. I did mention it to the staff again at checkout. The staff just apologized but didn't offer any type of discount or anything for our inconvenience.

We had a room with a kitchenette that was supposed to be fully equipped for cooking and eating, but it was not. Also, according to the description, a toaster and coffee maker were supposed to be in the room, but they weren't. The wifi was horrible. It kept on going in and out. Could barely get through a movie without it disconnection. My room could have been cleaner. Dried toothpaste was left on the sink handle. Parking was horrible. This place has piggyback parking, which made it hard to get in and out. We drove a conversion van, and the guy at the front desk had to save a space for us that only we could use because the hotel didn't have many spaces to accommodate this type of vehicle.

We stayed in room 211. The guy at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful to us. The view was great. I could see the boardwalk clearly, and the hotel was just steps away. Sitting out on the terrace was very relaxing. So, all in all, we had a pleasant stay for the weekend.

We were up early at 6 and wanted to head home but couldn’t bc the car was parked in and stuff doesn’t get there until past 8 - I had to call to get somebody at the emergency line to come move it . Booking says they are available to check out at 7 but that’s not true, other people in the same boat called at 7 and couldn’t get anybody

My original reservation was for sunset beach hotel. I was concerned that I would not make check in with traffic. I called the hotel and the manager told me that my room was moved to a different hotel. That I was selected for a free upgrade. While the upgrade was nice and to a much nicer hotel, I am still upset that this change was made WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME! In attempting to understand this the manager at Sunset Beach Hotel was rude and hung up on me. I had friends staying at Sunset Beach Hotel and the manager not only gave my friends the new hotel information but also my room number. How is that okay!?!?!

This review is actually for Beachside Resort. My room got moved from Sunset Beach Hotel to Beachside Resort. Karishma was friendly and helpful. As I was upset she was patient and kind and explained everything. She ensured that I had everything that I needed. Every time she saw me, she said hello and asked if she could assist with anything. Her customer service was top notch.

Everything was a little dated but very clean. Could use a few updates. But the staff, Abdul, more than makes up for it.

I came very easily and before the season opened full of fun, I will have to make my way back to see everything in fun summer swing! But that’s more a me problem then anything else! I have nothing bad to share about my stay!
