We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThere was definitely a mold-ish kind of odor combined with weed in the halls and room. The carpets need to be replaced for sure. I wouldn’t walk barefoot anywhere if I was you. That all said, you won’t find a better place in the area near Atlanta in terms of not having to worry about any people, plenty of parking and convenient to everything.
Great location. Safe. Never had to worry about anything in the parking lot or weary people.

They had clean rooms. They tried putting us close to my daughter(she’s an amputee). We were there for about 2 hours and realized our a/c wasn’t working… so they moved us to another room

United StatesThe toilet in the restroom of room 201 needs some basic plumbing performed on it. The toilet would “flush” every 5 minutes or so because the flapper probably needs to be replaced. This repair would save a little money on the water bill of the hotel. 😊
The location was ideal with the convenience of restaurants & shopping. The area was pretty quiet. The hotel was older than many others, but good quality for the cost.

United StatesThe toilet paper was 1-play instead of a decent 2-ply and it was NOT soft. The hallway after the elevator ride to our floor smelled closed off/poorly ventilated and the carpet was a bit faded but happily not threadbare. Getting off the elevator on my floor left me with the impression my stay wasn’t going to be satisfactory. The included breakfast was 100% meatless.
It was clean and comfortable. I liked the king bed. Never ran out of hot water and adequate amount of towels. The a/c in the room worked well. The painting on the wall was nice. There was an iron for pressing clothes. It was a 7-10 minute convenience to the locations we needed.

United StatesWhen we arrived to our room around 10 pm the air conditioner was not on. It was a very hot day spent at Stone Mountain and to come in to an extremely hot room was uncomfortable. We turned the AC on and it took an hour or so to get cool. Would be nice to have some bagels/pastery/water or tea.
