Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaCan be loud at times since large groups of people book here
The room was as described. Clean and tidy. The shower was spacious and water got very hot (we love hot showers). The pool area was nice and we love the kids zone. My daughter requested to play in it everyday we were there. There were some teenagers playing in it, but I assumed the hotel staff saw it on the cameras because they came right in and explained it was for small children. Check in and check out was a breeze. The staff was very Friendly. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed having a wide variety of items each morning. I did get charged double for the resort fee, but when I called and spoke with (Pat) a customer service employee, she was very polite and was able to get it handled quickly and refunded the over charge. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

United States of AmericaMagical view was shrouded by trees and a cloudy window, there was no microwave in the room, and the housekeeping staff completely ignored the “do not disturb” door tag and were relentless BEFORE the check out time.
Loved the amenities on-site and the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable linens

United States of AmericaBeing that it is a conference center there were large groups Checking in and out a few times during my stay, along with private events that we accidentally stumbled into one morning while tying to find the breakfast area. Also, The hotel offers shuttles to a few parks but not all, and they only run one time in the morning and one time at night so we just drove ourselves to the parks.
Overall is was a good stay. There was an hour delay due to an issue the night before but we were compensated with breakfast vouchers without even asking so we appreciated that. All staff at the desks, house keeping, and the ladies who worked the breakfast area were super friendly and nice. The Starbucks, Pizza Hut, gift shop, and play area in the hotel was a plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the textiles were clean. Location was great because it was quick drives to all Disney parks.

United States of AmericaThere was a beeping noise that took awhile to figure out where it was coming from, which was from the safe. I told the front desk person who called maintenance. We had to wait about an hour for someone to change the battery. About fifteen minutes after they left it started up again. We put towels on top of the safe which helped quiet the beeping all night.
It was a wonderful place to spend the night. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was delicious!

United States of AmericaThe bartender didn’t offer ice after we asked about the broken ice machine. Thought that was odd.
We had some difficulties with our room at check-in but the desk clerk (Esteban?) was fantastic. He worked to have the issues resolved by the time we got back from dinner and our stay was great from that point on.

United States of AmericaI got there later than expected because of my plane delay. I checked in to my room which wasn’t really clean in the bathroom on dresser. My reservations said breakfast included, I walked down to get breakfast and the lady took the plate out of my hand and said that will be $18.95 for breakfast or you can go to Starbucks! I said my reservations said it included breakfast she said then you would have received a voucher, I said did not she said well go to the front desk and I’ll hold your plate for you. I went to the front desk the lady that checked me in earlier that morning (1:30 am), said no breakfast is not included. I showed her my reservation where it clearly said breakfast was included and she said give me your phone and proceeds to read and scroll on my phone like I was lying! She sees that breakfast is included and say well that’s weird because our computer doesn’t say breakfast included. She proceeds to give me a voucher and said it’s only for you no one else can use it! I looked around and said I’m clearly alone who else would I give it to. As I went back to the breakfast area the lady who had snatched my plate tells me here you go I saved your plate for you! I said I don’t want that plate I’ll get a new one, she said this is still clean, I said I will get me a new plate! I don’t know where your hands have been, and I’m not using a plate you have been holding for 10minutes now. All of this commotion for a cold breakfast! The only thing that was warm was the waffle that I made! I was very disappointed with my first ever stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled like mold, sticky floors, it was a much older hotel feel than what the pictures portray, the door to my room had a gap between the wall and the door so you could constantly see the light from the hallway shining into the room. I had a late checkout and a lady with a clipboard banged on my door yelling housekeeping at 10:30! Even with don’t disturb on the door!
The pool area Starbucks and the location.

SwitzerlandIt says they have a shuttle for Disney but the shuttle only brings you at 09:00 and then have to use Disney transport to get there. The only shuttle available to get there early is at 08:30 however some parks open before that so you miss a lot.

United States of AmericaIt was kind of noisy and night, from our room we could hear people talking and cheering the football game Sunday night. We didn’t get the room I booked on boooking, when I asked the front desk she said they didn’t even have those kind of rooms available and they had contacted booking about it, so not sure why rooms would be available to book they don’t have. She did credit us 2 mornings breakfast that she didn’t have to, so that was nice. You can tell they have maybe renovated recently or maybe are still in the process of trying to make it more nice and modern.
The location was good! Overall clean and comfortable. The kids zone was really nice and mostly quiet when we went in there. The pool was nice and warm. Pool was clean and they had lights around the palm trees and there were some games and a little area to get drinks from the bar. It was cute. Nice to have a Starbucks and food options as well!

United States of AmericaThe breakfast buffet pricing was a bit high ($16 per adult), with a limited selection of foods. We ended up going somewhere else to eat. The pool towels were awful. Very small, scratchy, and thin, could've been used on a small child rather than an adult.
Our room was great and comfortable for the price we paid for 2 nights. The pool was also great after a long day of walking at Disney! There is a convenience store inside the lobby of the hotel which was fully stocked, so we didn't have to go far for necessity's or late night treats. There is a kidzone which is basically a room with a huge indoor soft playground for children as well! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely stay here again!

Costa RicaIt was advertised as including breakfast, but it did not include breakfast. Breakfast was 18 USD per person (12 USD for children) and the "included breakfast" was a 10 dollar discount PER room (not per person) per day. That's clearly not what anyone understands by "breakfast included".
It's very well located. The staff is nice and the hotel in general is nice.
