Room was decent but had a lot of little things wrong. Shower head was loose, sink was clogged with shavings. Power strip that TV was plugged into also had a short so every once in a while had to jiggle the cord. Also did not have coffee maker or microwave in room.

Price was good. Room wasnt horrible but reflected the price.

No mini fridge, no microwave, no drawers or anything to use for clothes, no ironing board or iron, ants migrated from the room next to us - we didn’t have any food in the room because there was no fridge

Housekeeping staff very friendly, king room was very large but only had a small office chair, & a small bench with a place to hang coats - would have been nice to have a small couch to sit on; it had recently been painted & new flooring laid

Old towels, non smiling staff - tough looking - but responded to my requests. Too much noise for rooms near the road (?highway). No refrigerator in a king size room . Torn bed cover ( duvet? Rm 232). No facility like a kettle to make tea in the room.

No breakfast! 1st morning, went down around 9am (breakfast said 6:30am-9:30am). No coffee and no food at all. 2nd morning, went down around 8am, no coffee (said coffee maker broke) but did get 2 packs of muffins. That was the “breakfast”. Our toilet leaked, towels were like sandpaper and hardly any room in bathrooms.

The location was good for the places we wanted to go to.

Outside corridors could use some work. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable, but fine for a few nights. Bed sheets and towels were clean, but definitely seemed worn.

Rooms were newly renovated and clean. It was quiet and close by to everything.

Pot smell in first room with a plastic bag over fire alarm. 2nd room has a malfunctioning ac unit and in the morning the fire alarm started a low battery beep. Bed is uncomfortable and was stiff in morning with very little sleep.

The doors gave off a lot of the outside noise such as road noise.

While checking for bedbugs I noticed that the mattress was very blood stained. It wasn’t just period blood stains. The stains were on odd areas of the bed, and indicative of iv drug use happening in the room/on the bed.

It was affordable and there were no bed bugs.

The fan in the bathroom rattled loudly and the bathroom itself was not clean. There was debris on the floor and visible dirt and dust on the floors. The heater/a/c was also very loud and rattled. The highway was very loud as well. We got very little sleep. The overall exterior of the hotel was in very poor condition. If I would have had another option, I would have stayed elsewhere when I pulled into the parking lot. There was a very dusting smell of marijuana throughout the walkways in the evening and when I left at 9am the next morning.

The front desk staff upon check in was very nice. Very pleasant and welcoming. The beds were comfortable but the bedding was very poor quality.

Well I some how got double booked and the man wasn't very polite or understanding. Our room was remodeled but the toilet ran all night and it's a handicap room that was almost a standard room only thing handicap was it had hand bars in tub and u could fit wheelchair in bathroom but would be hard to get it threw the room the tub I couldn't turn on the water in tub had to have a man do it it was so hard to work and. I was over charged 2 times. So had two wait past the weekend to get my money returned witch put a damper on my plans for my birthday weekend. The man said my money went right back but it didn't and he hadn't even refunded me to find out the next daybut spoke with Sheila who was very understanding and polite and got my issues with that take. Care of she was great. Also it was suppose to Include breakfast in my price I paid but only food was tea coffee and a pack of 2 little muffins. Nothing else Not what I would consider breakfast at all.

The room had a musky smell to it when we arrived. It never went away, even after turning on the ac. There was no shower curtain. Got up in the middle of the night, and the ac was leaking water on the floor in the room. That might account for the musky smell.

Location was nice. Price ok.
