Water faucets, of all things, you needed both hands to pull hard to get the handle to pull out for water in the sink and shower. Normally you would generally swing the handle up and turn left or right for hot or cold water. In the shower, it was really hard to turn down the hot water. And on the second night, there was a humming sound coming through the back wall, like a fan was on somewhere..I checked the fan switch in the bathroom and it was off. I said something to the person at the desk. I got nada. But for the price, and I wasn't staying for too long, not a deal breaker.

It was exceptionally clean; comfortable bed with added amenities such as a small coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave. Even a Bible in the drawer..Excellent!!

Staff was a lil rude , when u go in no one was at the counter two staff members just sat at a table n ignored us had to leave n come back an hour later because we were tired of waiting for someone to come to the counter, when we came back the staff wasn’t very pleasant or friendly there’s construction all around that area making it difficult to see the hotel or pull in n out rooms could use updates on better furniture

The room, it was a decent price.But the rooms they give you are the worst rooms ever. I had to send my dog away, because I couldn't afford the rent for my dog. And the "not friendly staff" call my room and accused me of having my dog 😑. Staff very rude.

The room was welcoming with the Hello Sunshine on the comforter and the water was really hot which I loved! The location was great and easy to get to. The bed was comfortable and the cable had good channels to watch. I would go there again!

The stay was ok, we had some mold on some of the curtains, and the shower curtains. We planned on staying another night, we even paid for another night. But a couple of the other questions made me and my family very uncomfortable. They were staring at us for no apparent reason. When we came outside they were there just staring us down.

Poor customer service, only 3 regular sized pillows for a King bed, lack of care from staff on customer satisfaction, staff claimed they didn’t have more pillows. Smoke detector was unplugged and staff didn’t seem concerned whatsoever.

They have roaches!!!! My friend and I killed about ten of them. We would have gotten another hotel but everything was booked. Before we left we made sure we shake our stuff. We brought bug spray. But that was not comfortable. To go on a trip you expect the room to be clean and bug free! We will be at the Hilton next time!!!

Did not like the tub/shower. Needs to be upgraded as well as breakfast and breakfast area. Did not like the fact I could not get an early check-in and property manager was nice but not accommodating and key to room wouldn't work properly was locked out a couple of times.

Room was very clean and bug free. Sink area was very clean as well. Bed was comfortable but sheets had holes as well as the comforter.

Its not that it was bad, but it was definitely not good. It was not an enjoyable experience. It was run down, but clean. The toilet ran all night, it was missing a smoke detector, and it just felt used, old, and dirty...it just felt dirty. I do not like doors to the outside next to my bed. Little security for the guest and a little too much for the front desk. The tiny room where one has to wait for the staff at 9 or 10pm to come to the front, or to enter the lobby at 5am or so. It also has false advertising, for there was no pool.

It was not great, but it was not bad either. I really appreciated that when I left my cup on the front desk, the staff called to tell me. It was clean, for the most part. The cable was fine, water pressure was good, Offering breakfast is good, but everything was carbs, almost no protein.

Our room was not clean on the floor, and the shower was very dirty. The toilet did not work it would not flush , I finally got it to flush, but I would not go down this was how I found the toilet when I got there so I got a plunger and I got it to flush and go down but I had to do this all night not sure who was in the room before us but the toilet was messed-up.
