You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaSmokers outside rear entrance made that area smell of cigarette smoke (not good). Limited egress to main streets, right turns only. No bar soap provided, toilet clogged (nothing we did) but was fixed promptly. No elevator.
Did not eat breakfast, pool was good. Location was convenient. Hard floors are better than carpet, thank you. Quiet.

The breakfast was OK, but would have been better if there was some bacon or sausage along with scrambled eggs available. Toast, automated pancakes and cold eggs are not my idea of a good breakfast.

United States of AmericaI work nights and woke up late the lady at the front desk was rude and not very understanding to someone that works nights and has a almost 2 year old with them on why I couldn't be out of the room in 30 minutes and was treating to charge my card for another nights fee even though I was checking out that day so I would have paid for something I wouldn't even get to use.
The guy when I checked in had us on the second floor I had my grandson with me that's almost 2 and there was no elevator so he put us in a room on the main floor thank you for that.
