Honestly, nothing went wrong. Well put together hotel.
The check-in was friendly, pleasant, and expeditious with Vinod. It makes a world-class difference when traveling with delays and stress. The presentations for breakfast were excellent, and choices were consistent and freshly available. The front desk staff was accommodating to my needs even at check. Simply a wonderful experience overall.

Beds are very high which might mske it difficult for elderly or kids to get in and out of.

Close to where I needed to be. Close to some fast-food options and the Interstate. Clean, decent breakfast . The only thing thst I didnt like is that my "room refresh" was lacking.

Not necessarily the hotel’s fault but the way the suite was labeled on Booking, it appeared the suite I reserved was actually two separate bedrooms the way it was listed, but when we arrived and entered the room, it was basically a regular double queen bed room with a ridiculous amount of space in between the beds and the tv. Maybe a misread on my part but was trying to get a little more privacy in a room with four people. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Only thing is not a lot to do around. The town have to go into Hershey to do anything, but other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

There really was nothing that we found wrong with the room.
Great location for getting on and off the highway. The room was clean. quiet and comfortable and being on the first floor was perfect for us. Breakfast had everything we needed to get a good start for the day. The air conditioner in the room was quiet and kept the room an even, comfortable temperature. Would definitely recommend to our friends that travel.

Tub would fill up as you showered as the drain was very slow. We reported it after the first day. The receptionist was a bit obnoxious and tried to tell us we must had the stopper down. Issue was not resolved and we had the same problem next day.

Our room wasn't terrible, but it could have been cleaned better. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the bathtub drain didn't work great, so when we showered the tub filled with water.
The hotel was okay for the price. They had a variety of options for the continental breakfast, which tasted great.
