United StatesThe hotel was ok for what it was. Needs some TLC. Breakfast was ok too. They offered yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, eggs, toast and muffins. The worst part was the smell of stale cigarettes in the room.
The location was close to everything we had set out to do. Visited Buffalo, and Niagara Falls Park during our visit. The staff was really nice, as soon as we got in, many things were wrong, but the staff was prompt in fixing it all. Quiet location, slept great. And dog friendly!

United StatesThe bathroom door knob was so loose it was about to fall off. I was worried about getting stuck in the bathroom. I had a screwdriver so I just fixed it myself. The door has been painted so many times it doesn't close well. The neighbors seemed to be having a jumping competition until midnight. The clientele isn't the greatest. You get what you pay for in this case. Just know that going in and keep expectations low.The free breakfast was pretty basic, low quality.
The cost was ok. It's a place to sleep for the night. Staff was friendly.

CanadaEven though the rooms had just been cleaned and the sheets changed there was still rips in the bedding, stains on the carpet and what looked like blood stains on some of the towels. The shower as well wouldn't get hot at all, was just warm enough to shower, with barely any pressure. Also, if you are tall, it'll be difficult to shower, I'm only 5'10" and the shower head was at eye level.
The staff did seem to be very attentive to when rooms needed to be cleaned and were quick at checking in. There was ample parking and security cameras watching the vehicles which was nice to see.

United StatesThe property was not well kept. There was peeling paint, holes in the wall, damages to the furniture, and stains on the towels and bedding. The room was so hot when we arrived it took the AC running for over 4 hours to cool it down below 80 degrees. The booking site stated there was cleaning services however we were told upon arrival there was not. The breakfast was bread items (bagels and bread), yogurt, apples, instant oatmeal, and scrambled eggs.
The property is located in an area with a lot of shopping and restaurants near by. The highway is way to access as well.

United StatesWe were put in a conjoined room. And the door between the rooms was not locked. I didn't think I'd have to check that. And we had the people next to us open the door late at night. They had a lot of people over there visiting and then had a dog. The noise was non stop all night. Went to the desk at midnight to request a room change. Was told they were sold out. I said ok. What about tomorrow? He said sure. We got a new room the next day...towel handle falling off the wall. No door handle on the inside of the bathroom door(boyfriend got lock in there). They did come up right away and put a new handle on there.
The breakfast wasn't bad at all. Lots of different options.
