My room was incredibly shabby. The carpet was frayed, stained and had big burn marks. The refrigerator door looked like someone had attacked it with a hammer. The couch cushions weren't really attached to the couch frame, and the back of the couch was stained and gross. The "grab and go" breakfast that was supposed to be available from 7 to 10 a.m. was almost entirely gone by 7 a.m., and consisted only of coffee, breakfast bars and pre-packaged muffins, and some instant oatmeal. And the carpet in the hall outside my room smelled like urine the entire time I was there.

My room was quiet because it faced the interior courtyard instead of the Interstate. All the systems worked fine -- hot water, heating and cooling, TV, microwave, etc. The bed was comfortable.

They were completely out of breakfast at 7 in the morning. I specifically booked there for the included breakfast. Staff said they weren’t getting a delivery for several days. Really? Otherwise I would have saved the $20 and stayed at Motel 6. The room was a bit noisy due to proximity to the freeway.

The location was convenient.

Breakfast not available - they said because of residents living there ongoing, those children take the food and don't leave for the people staying briefly with their travels; for this reason, they do not set the breakfast out. We Had to ask if there was a breakfast, and made they us feel guilty for asking for breakfast food (although told at check in that there was a breakfast in the morning) and went and got us a granola bar to eat. Made us feel like we were eating food that was only for the "long-term" residents who basically are living in that hotel.

I didn't like how the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office was there, blocked off the third floor which is where my unit was. My out-of-state guest was not allowed us to go up to the room. So my friend had to purchase a room from your competitor across the street. I should get a couple of comp days for that.

Within the first 10 minutes there I was greeted by roaches.I went back to the desk and spoke with Chris.Who told me he had never seen any roaches there before and proceeded to upgrade me to another room that was infested with roaches also dead ones and live ones. Then, to make matters worse, I paid a $180 for this mess and Chris proceeded to call his manager Joe on the phone, who had no solution to anything, so I just ended up having to wait 3 to 5 days to get my $200 back for a bug infested room and then A. Bug infested upgrade. It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life and I suggest that if you don't want a roommate with roaches that you should not stay at this place. And I also suggest that if you talk to Chris. Who is the front desk manager? He is a liar. He is going to stand right in your face and lie to you. And you're gonna get the results that you see when you get in. There, so unless you got an extra $200 just to spare for this piece of s*** hole in the wall.Then go ahead.But my suggestion is to pass and sleep in your car before you go sleep in this place. Als. OI took pictures, but it won't let me post the pictures of the roaches.And the blood stains under the sink and the dead piles of roaches under the kitchen sink so I don't get the pleasure of showing you the pictures.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, you are welcomed by a strong smell of urine. Entered my room, again greeted by urine smell, urine stains on the walls, and floors. It's noticeable no attempt to clean the urine was made as it was still sticky from the last guest allowing their dog to pee on the wall. Vinyl couch was all torn up, nasty rags under the bed, moved the couch to watch TV and there was rotten food and french fries under the couch. Room was gross, bathroom towels had stains on them, fitted sheet on the bed also had stains. Everything was completely outdated and smelled like a roach motel, didn't see any roaches but wouldn't have been surprised if I had. If you can afford it, stay somewhere else.

Location was good. Pretty centrally located near restaurants and retail stores.

The staff must have not cleaned the room right because we found used tampons with blood inside the bathroom and used heroin needles💉 behind the TV, The place had roaches 🪳, the staff was rude, they allowed staff to smoke cigarettes 🚬 outside of the building next to windows even though they had signs to smoke a hundred feet away from the building, then want to complain about me playing my music 100 ft away from the building. I will not be returning to this run down, roach 🪳 infested, drug using facility

It was filthy , it smelt like cigarettes and other people’s anuses. There was blood on the walls/doors / near showers. I felt dirtier after I should in the shower. A bug literally climbed up my daughter’s leg in the shower . There was duct tape holding the refrigerator and drawers in the restrooms together. There was literal DOG hair in our bed (not our dog either,gross ). The couch bed had Crumbs and used bandaids in it. Unknown powdery substances on and around the fridge . The microwave smelt like electrical parts burning . The ac barely worked . The window didn’t open for crap, so we couldn’t even air out the horrid smoke smells , unfortunately we had our kids with us. They left us 2 USED towels in our room and said we couldn’t get new ones unless we physically grabbed them and took them to them or paid for more . There were used personal hygiene items from last people there . Floors were sticky everywhere.

It was better than sleeping in the car but not by much.

The room smelled like mold and got worse the longer we were there. The shower curtain was too short so it couldn't keep water in the bathtub, water was always on the floor. We probably used 15 towels just to clean up the water. The "fully stocked " kitchen was non existent. You had to go ask for the items you need and was told it would be an additional charge. There was nothing indicating this either at check in or within the room so we bought the necessities before finding out we had to ask. The pull out bed was stained, had dead bugs and old food in it and the couch was ripped and the seat couch sunk into the couch. The phone worked the first night but didn't work again. There were also no chairs to sit at the breakfast bar which made it difficult for my children to eat their meals.

It looks like they didn’t even clean the room before we got there. It was soooo disgusting I am surprised we slept there. The floors were disgusting and sticky. The remote has sticky stuff all over it. The chair was stained with white stuff, every where you walked it smelt like smoke or you hear dogs barking. There was a random sketchy dude sitting down the hall just watching everyone come out of their room. The tub was disgusting in the bathroom and the door barely shut/ locked. Truly will never stay at On of these ever again.
