We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lobby is updated nicely. Lots of parking near by and in the garage for free. Near sawgrass and other areas.

United StatesOur FD agent wasn't terribly happy to be working but wasn't rude. We decided to try the restaurant. Fries don't cost much, and restaurant only gaf a couple of patrons including us. Yet the line cook felt it was OK to give us old fries. They were tepid at best and had been sitting easy, about 30 min. Not cool. Room curtains were torn, room mirror hadn't been dusted in months, there was a thick layer of dust on top. Stained carpeting, old wallpaper, old crushed lamp shades. HK needs a bit of a push but the owners need to invest in their property.
We had dinner in the restaurant. our server Eddie was an absolute delight. We were here to see Florida Freedom and its only 1 mile from the venue.beds were clean, definitely a plus.

Cayman IslandsIt takes about 10 minutes to walk to sawgrass mills. But they have a free Tesla car ride service if you can figure out how to do it.
This is a great hotel. Super comfy beds and pillows. Decent gym and an Olive Garden across the road.
