Smoky smell in the hallway in particular. Due to a fire they had in the building a month or so ago. We were a little disconcerted when we pulled up front due to the big dumpster outside. Still a lot of work going on. Apt was clean but it’s an older building.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The heating and air is controlled by the building so you can't adjust it yourself. They had a air unit in there to help but it was still very warm the whole time.

The place had everything we needed for a short visit.

It was hot and the portable air conditioner in one room only cooled one room. The old air conditioner in the second bedroom and the living room did not work.

I didn't like the stench in the hallways. It smelled a little Smokey. The bathrooms could use some remodeling. There were water stains and the beginning stages of mold was showing.

I liked the location for sure. The advertisement of the property is not exactly what you expect when you get there but when you think about the cost, you get what you paid for. I would definitely stay here again.

The main light in the king bedroom didn’t work, the lamp next to the window didn’t work. It would flicker and that was it. The hot water in the shower didn’t get that hot

There was a lingering smell of weed in the room during my stay. Assuming from previous guests. The outside appearance of the building could stand for a renovation.

The apartment that I Actually rented which is this ad was nothing like the images. There was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioners did not work. Maintenance came up and said there was nothing they could do to fix it.

when I mentioned the issues I had with the apartment that I rented to the rental contact person she moved us to a different apartment. The apartment we were moved into was a great apartment. It was updated and had hot water and air conditioners that worked. The view was beautiful. they were very accommodating to us and we appreciate their understanding and swiftness with moving us into a better apartment.

Originally booked a different property but when I arrived it had not been cleaned from from prior guest. Owner was trying to cancel because they couldn’t get a cleaning crew out but instead moved me to another unit.. scary situation but everything worked out in the end.

TV in living room was not able to be used and Hosts never fixed the problem despite telling us they would We were informed last minute of building maintenance being done resulting in not being able to have heat or use of water for 12 hrs

ROACHES! I saw one in the living room when I first arrived and my second night I woke up to a roach CRAWLING on my FACE!!! I reached out to the owner and all I was offered was someone to spray the unit even though I was checking out the next day so that was extremely useless
