Quite poor internet you need to login a few times per day. Breakfast selection is very limited and if you need something more as eggs, cheese or vegetables you need to pay additionally. Rooftop bar look's better in photos.

Great location, central to everything. Clean and very friendly staff. Rooftop bar we found overpriced and small- pictures are deceiving and you really need to have a reservation.

Price of the drinks at the roof top bar. Tapping your room card in the lift was annoying too.

Mike on reception was brilliant. Location was fantastic and although rooftop bar was incredibly expensive, it was very nice.

Front desk Staff! At check in front desk staff acknowledged that prepaid for my stay that all was taken care of except incidentals, and they still proceeded to charge me again at check out. When I returned to desk hours later they acknowledged the error but neglected to apologize for the inconvenience rather acting very nonchalant about matter. Very frustrating when the same Frontdesk person who checked me in also checked me out. Doormen were very polite and gracious.

The rooms were somewhat outdated, and here and there, things were broken and/or didn't work.

The location between Broadway and Central Park was great for our short stay. Just don't expect a quiet night. The service was also very pleasant. Always friendly and forthcoming.

Overpriced for the room and standard of hotel and breakfast. The room had no windows and was small. The photograph on the website gave the illusion that the room was bigger. The hotel is well over priced for the room standard and the breakfast was inadequate.

The breakfast was poor. I wish it had protein such as eggs. It was all carbs or yogurt. I don’t eat carbs or dairy. I had a subpar apple and coffee in the morning. The room service was very slow. I asked for more body wash before taking a shower. Waited a half hour and decided to use shampoo. Once we got home at 2am there was body wash. It would have came in handy for the shower… The lights in the room were all very dim. The brightest light was in the closet, which we opened regularity to see.

The front desk and bell men were so friendly. The roof top was great! The manager of the rooftop restaurants was very alert and hospitable. The bartender made a fabulous lavender girl drink.

I loved everything about this hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

I was super pleased with this hotel. It was clean, hip, and in a most perfect location-- close to Central Park, major museums, Broadway, and Fifth Avenue. Our 11th floor double room room was spacious and quiet. The staff was excellent and I enjoyed the free continental breakfast at the adjacent Serafina restaurant, where you could order additional breakfast fare if you chose. The in-room bathrobes were an added, unexpected perk!

Room smelled funny and was very small and my "view" was a vent-type shaft with other rooms on the other side. But my main complaint was that the lighting around the mirror in the bathroom was abysmal. It was far too dim.

Excellent staff and I had a few issues that they resolved quickly. Comfortable bed. Good shower (once I figured out how to use it - which wasn't easy!)

Prices at the roof top patio

Proximity to theatres and central park can't be beat. It's a few blocks out of Times Square proper so not nearly the zoo we were expecting. It was a nice surprise
