The view of parked cars was not amazing, but you don't stay in a hotel to look out the window. The part of town also isn't very nice to walk in at night. There was considerable noise from the road coming into our room. The shower is not practical because the glass wall shield absolutely nothing. The floor around the toilet was completely wet, and we needed to use two towels to soak it up.

The hotel is a wallet-friendly accommodation in Nashville, a very short ride from the BNA airport. It was only a 30-minute walk to Broadway and maybe 10 10-minute walk to the Nissan stadium, which I believe some will appreciate. The shower was very spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the room looked nice.

No vending shelves, vending fridge and vending machines. All hotels have a small shelf section by the lobby where they sell snacks and emergency food - sometimes frozen mini pizzas or frozenpockets, emergency items like meds or toiletry. This hotel had nothing and cafe closed extremelly early.

Parking is not free, although still cheaper than downtown hotels, it was 25$+tax. Views of the hotel is mainly highway. The pool is small and a bit dirty, could be kept better

Well designed hotel just outside of main attractions, 10 min drive or an uber costs 10-15$. Most things are managed through text (checkin, checkout, requests, housekeeping scheduling etc). The lobby has a cafe with breakfast and lunch but no dinner, and a bar for drinks at night.

The property is so pretty, chic and clean. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed my stay at this place, the people working here are so nice and welcoming, I felt like I was home. If I ever go back to Nashville, this will be my first pick every time ✨

The basin is in the bedroom area and unnecessary large. Would have been better if there was more bench space and less trough. But this is minor. Also would have been useful to have a safe in the room.

The location was excellent for walking into the centre of the city and for Nissan Stadium. It was very clean and the rooms are really big. The bar area is gorgeous and breakfast options are good and the coffee was excellent.

My only complaint, and this really has nothing to do with the hotel itself, more the area, is there is nothing around it. No places to eat/drink. The area is kind of dead, however they did say they are working on revitalizing that side of town. A place to go for breakfast or a quick dinner without having to walk/uber to downtown would have been great. But I think it’s coming, just wasn’t there yet.

Came for a concert at Nissan Stadium, the location of the hotel was great. About a 5 minute walk over to the stadium, probably the closest hotel you can find. Not a bad walk either to go over to downtown and Broadway. The staff was super friendly and helpful, it was clean, the folks staying there for the concert were fun. I would stay there again if I was in town for another concert or football game

Room was a little dark and was overlooking parking lot so had to keep blind closed for privacy. Would stay again but would probably request a different room

it was strange that the sink for the bathroom was in the bedroom (and it was really big lol). It wasn't such a clear walking path to town, but that wasn't a big deal. If we were staying there for the stadium, it would be perfect!

The parking lot was full(thankful for the attendant she allowed us to park valet). As previously stated in comments, the room does not have carpet and the sink is in the bedroom versus the bathroom.

The hotel is not very service forward. There is no room service and a request to have my room cleaned and replenished wasn’t honored.

I liked the pre check-in code option. Also really loved the design of the lobby and bar.
