I wouldn’t change a thing. The staff was so well trained, courteous, and friendly I will be returning.

We received a free hot delicious breakfast and evening snacks which were so plentiful they served as our dinner. The hotel gave us three free beverages each night.

We did not like what appeared to be a $1.50 "fee" charged by the hotel for tipping the parking valets. We find that to be inappropriate. Profit in the form a convenience fee billed by the hotel is a ripoff of your employees. Management should hang their head...

Breakfast exceeded expectations. The Drury provided a full selection of complimentary breakfast options, unlike many hotels that offer only coffee/tea/pastries. The food was freshly prepared, hot and delicious. The wait staff were attentive and obviously well trained in customer service - certainly a credit to food services manager, Candace, who made us feel welcome. We were very pleased with the room. The decor was elegant yet modern; queen beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and the high ceilings throughout were amazing. Help was needed with the AC: technician Brandon, came promptly and was both friendly and informative.

The valet was a little unorganized. It might be they are newer staff? Or that it was so busy at check in/out due to the concert. But I didn’t get my notification link after checking my car in .. and waited over 30 min for my car and it said retrieving for 10 while my keys were still in the box. Other than that it was great. And again it could have just been the timing. But the red head girl was running her butt off she deserves a raise.

The included Breakfast and Dinner was much more than we expected! The free drink coupons for happy hour was also a nice bonus. The hotel is very clean and the entire staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly . Both Nya and Jaremy at the front desk, Stephanie our room attendant and Lane the manager are all but a few of the great staff at this hotel. Walking distance to the RR Hall of Fame restaurants and other downtown attractions is a plus !

Beautiful building and rooms, classically styled. It felt like staying in a old mansion with the marble floors and beautiful courtyard. Friendly staff. Free iced lemon/mint water in the lobby to refill your own bottles.

This location was an easy walk to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. It's located in a beautiful historic building that was recently renovated with very spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly and the hotel also offers a very nice breakfast.

Pay attention to the per night rate when booking. There was a conference on our second night and the room price more than doubled. It wasn't worth that cost.

The hotel's location is fantastic. You can walk right to either stadium and the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. The building is also awesome.
