Internet connection did not work. I spent 20 minutes online with IT to get some work around for my phone to connect. Laptops never did connect. Seemed understaffed overall. Front desk staff could've been more friendly and helpful but not bad. Kids activity staff seemed disinterested.

Right on the beach with indoor waterpark is perfect for the family.

Housekeeping is only provided 1xweek, we had to call for towel service, and not all stove burners work.

Hotel hallways/carpet could’ve been cleaner, bar/restaurant should be open a little later so sports lovers can watch games.

The sofa bed was hard to sleep on and uncomfortable. The gym had out of date equipment

Parking wasn't the best. Breakfast was very expensive, almost $90 for 2 adults and 3 small children who barely ate. The breakfast area was also too small for the mass number of people. The king bed in our suite was not very comfortable and dont lean against the backboard, or you'll slide the whole bed forward since it's not screwed together. We could have used better hand soap in the bathroom as we had a tiny little bar. The shower is extremely narrow, so if you're not a narrow shaped person, you're gonna have a hard time showering comfortably, and you'll also enjoy the shower curtain sticking to you the whole time. The lighting in the water park could have been better it was very dark as it got later in the day.

Very kid friendly but also enjoyable for parents. I liked that we could use both water parks at both Dune hotels and that we had direct beach access. The kids enjoyed the water slides and the pools because they could touch the bottom of the pool. The restaurant in the Dunes village was very good and the staff was friendly. I liked that there is a coffee shop that sells Starbucks drinks even though I didn't get a chance to have any. Our room was very clean, the air worked well, and we had plenty of space for the 5 of us.

Nothing I did not like , but when I go check in kind of confused, but because I think it was ours first time stay at Dune and two buildings, we go check in this building and we go another building to get the room., but everything is good

The laundry room was a lill creppy..just the fact that you pass a room that says office with closed blind hanging on the door and the hallway gave me psychiatrist hospital vibes..lol. but we also recievee 1 scam coupon flyer there too but at least it was 1 and not so many i lost count..so I was kinda on edge from the expérience at other stay we had just left..

The location it was at the end with nothing to do close by…also the rooms need to be updated it’s old and carpet was old couch was old I didn’t like the room at all the kitchen was super small and the stove barely worked.

I wish the room cleaners would come earlier, they always came with towels and trash removal around 1pm when my kids were napping. But it wasn’t a big deal, we had a great time.

The bad thing is that check-in is too late, until 4 p.m. They should hire bilingual staff at the reception, someone who speaks Spanish to have better communication with Spanish-speaking tourists.

Everything was great, we really enjoyed the pool and children's games, we loved knowing that there was a washer and dryer in the room, it has a refrigerator and stove, that's perfect

The woman who checked us in was very rude with us but Lori took care of it for us.

My family loved the water park and how close it was to the beach. We also loved the women who work at the information both when you walk in the palm tower her name was Lori Campbell she made our trip worth it. I highly recommend you stop and see Lori well there.
