Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wish your didn't have to walk outside to get back to the tower. A grat upgrade would be a covered walkway to all buildings!

Parking!!! Even though there was someone around sometimes to drive you to the parking garage it was still a good commute if not available.

The pool area was very nice however unfortunately many children not supervised by their parents.
We had a 3 bedroom. Was perfect for our family with plenty of room.

It could use a little updating. The bathroom was a little dingy, partly because it looked dated.
Convenient, easy access to beach, Waterpark perfect for the cooler times of day. We went to the Boardwalk, the strip and North Nyrtle. Convenient location for all

My biggest complaint was that the resort left no information in the room. We usually stay at a condo for spring break and always have a welcome paper of some sort, letting us know what wifi passwords, check out expectations, and other information we may need. Also, we were there for 5 nights, and we were never told that housekeeping would be coming into our room at some point (which both times was while we were gone) to restock towels, etc. We definitely should have been told that was their process and had an opportunity to opt out. Also, the washer and dryer could most definitely need an update, and the kitchen was minimally stocked.
There were a lot of amenities for the kids and family! Waterparks were great, outdoor bar, dining, and a playground right at the resort!

The building and amenities are very old and not really well maintained. The cleanness is very good but still can feel it's very old and too much used (towels, blankets, sheets, ...). The sofa bed was definitely not comfortable.
The location is wonderful. The indoor water park is amazing and the kids had a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking is good and big, but you need to cross the road for it.

The king size bed was very uncomfortable my back hurt my whole stay… There was blood spots on the wall close to the Tv. and in the bathroom by the bottom side wall. Also too many kids were in the hot tubs should be just for adults. Hot tubs could have been more cleaner.
The location and the indoor water parks. Free parking was a plus.

Everything else was great
Activity area sucks. Pool tables were very worn only had 1 pool stick. Ping pong area is to close to the door and pool. Need more activities for families during this time of year through out the day

The elevators went out multiple times. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor.

Common area carpet needs to be replaced.
We stayed off season (spring break). The resort is a nice, family-friendly place. A bit run-down, but a great location and value. The staff was very friendly and overall they keep the place clean as they can, given the age.

The rooms could use updating, the hallway areas were dirty and breakfast was pricey. We wished that we had instructions left for us in the room, such as how to work the t.v., hotel amenities and activities, etc.
The location was great, and was an excellent value. My kids loved the water park, as did we. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the huge balcony.

Bed comfort was just OK. Would not recommend for a couples getaway because of all the kids.
Kids enjoyed the waterpark and beach access. Room was nice with a good view.

Took a while to get checked in, even with the advanced booking. We had to wait 3 hours before our room was ready.
