We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe owner of the White Marlin is over charging for the rooms!! They are very very outdated and they need many upgrades. The location is how they suck you in and you have to prepay and there are no refunds. If you cancel your still charged 1/2 of your price. It was not a place I would recommend. I was highly disappointed when I arrived and saw the condition of the motel.
The lady that managed the property was very nice. She does the best she can with what she has to work with. The rooms were clean. If she owned this motel I know it would not be in the condition it is in.

United StatesThe manager who received us was in bad mood since we arrived . Rude and the only thing I ask because we just have 2 towels was for 1 more. Towels were smelling very bad ( dirty gogs), refrigerator was not cooling and there was not possible to freeze unless a bottle of water . Totally scam! Because the pictures showed totally different as really it is . Paying 249$ for one night in this motel was a total theft. Booking supervisors need to be aware about it! Thank you

United StatesNot very clean. Bathroom toilet leaks water every time we flushed. It was ‘clean’ and still very dirty, dresser drawers broken and laying on shelves with dust. Shower sprays into back of shower no pressure so good luck washing off sand. Cigarette burn marks in bedding. No outlets in bathroom. Door hard to open/close has key to open and no safety latch inside so didn’t feel safe. Parking is tight tight.
It’s was near everything and easy to get to. AC works great!

United StatesThe pictures they advertise are not what the rooms really look like, it’s quite deceiving. I had a hole in my bathroom ceiling. The fridge didn’t work when I got to the room. But the staff did switch it out for a smaller one that did work. I didn’t feeling extremely safe. The door only had like a bedroom door lock. No dead bolt or chain lock at all. So it was a little uncomfortable for me being a single mom with my kids.
The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly! It was also very close to the board walk. So we could walk a lot of places.

United StatesThe whole building was falling apart, the stairs weren't safe to use, the room itself was not anywhere near standards. The tub was separating from the wall, the toilet was not mounted to the floor safely, there were wholes in the baseboards, and the establishment had roaches, had to leave all my belongings in my car, and spent as much time as possible out of the room. When tried to contact the office but the individual working there, with whom was polite when we checked in, was never in the office. I would love it if I was reimbursed for my stay.

United Statesthere was mold in the bathroom/shower. I booked the place cuz it was a last minute tripe and we were out of options. The towels in the shower were terrible they looked so overused. I had to go out to but Clorox wipes,mold spray and Lysol to clean up the place. the beds were so dirty I basically slept on the chair. the fridge and the microwave was a mess thank god I had a small cooler in my car so I just had to get ice and keep my stuff in the cooler. And the lock on the door was broken too I had to put the chair in front of the door and sleep on the chair. For anybody whos planning on booking this place don't. You'll be a lot safer camping in the car. Never again going back. thank goodness it was only one night.
