It seemed quite small.. the rooms, balcony, pool, restaurant ect. The tv in our room cut in and out the entire time, which was bothersome.

The property was very clean, it was a comfortable atmosphere, and the hotel was right next to the ocean.

Our favorite place to stay in Wildwood. The rooms are large with plenty of space for vacation items like luggage, beach gear, food supplies like snacks, bottled water, etc. Kitchens have everything you need to make a quick breakfast or dinner (if you choose to eat in and save a few bucks). The pool is huge, which the kids love. Located in a quieter area of the Crest and right on the beach. Plus all the daily extras like: free hotdogs in the pool area on Sunday, DJs on the weekend, movie night during the week. We love it and the kids love it. Win-win!!!

30$fee for dirty disheswhich I would never leave but that’s rediculous. Have to request a blow dryer and 30$ if you leave it in the room and don’t return it to the desk No jets in the hot tub turned on

Luggage racks were far and few to find when checking out, and the elevators situation was terrible.

Room was a little small, but we managed, and the beach was a long way from the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the refrigerator.

Things that could’ve made the stay even better, especially for the price we paid to stay here…they needed luggage racks, hooks on the doors/walls to hang things, they needed a towel holder in the bathroom, outlets besides the lamp outlets, an overhead light in the bedroom. The balcony doors needed some WD40 in a bad way and our safe didn’t work. The parking is rough. The spaces are too tight with too many large posts everywhere. It sucked trying to park there if you didn’t get the street parking. We actually scraped our car in the underground garage and need bodywork now. The place could use some updating, fresh decor and an upgraded elevator would be a huge improvement! Housekeeping could’ve wiped the surfaces and vacuumed when they came to clean. They basically just made beds, replaced towels and emptied the garbage. They never gave us a replacement toilet paper unless we went and asked for it so that was really weird, even when the actual holder was empty, they didn’t put one on there. The towels are super rough and painful to use, def need some fabric softener!

The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was great, and the beach was wonderful!! All of the food we had at the restaurant was excellent. Our server was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure! I would definitely stay here again!

Elevators were slow and 1 was broken ,sliding door going out to deck was very hard to open and also the shower door,room was very dated with old furniture

The towels were very stiff and uncomfortable. A table near bathroom would have been nice. Somewhere to put bathroom essentials.
