My only complaint was that they told me on check-in that there was a $50 deposit for our dog to stay in the room. It was actually the fee for the dog whether it is one night or more. Very high compared to other properties in town. Especially for one night and a 5.6 lb dog. I will not be staying again for that reason.

Poor design in the rooms. Main light switch by the dirt turned off all lights in room including by the beds. No way to tuen out light from bed after reading at night.

We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub and called the property to make sure they would be open. The hot tub was closed for most of our stay. The pool was closed for part of our stay. The staff did not know why the facilities were closed or when they would reopen.

The shower room doesn't have safe handle inside, and the floor is slippery when wet. The sealant of shower was leaking water. Tge front desk thanked me and trust my judgment, didn't bother to check. I booked a room for 3 adults and 2 kids with city view. Was assigned to a room with court view, and the towels were for 2 people. The kitchen floor was covered with black spots.

Breakfast is good. It is one of few hotels with one bedroom suite. Staffing were friendly.

They charged for additional fees after we check out. First claiming it was a “room revenue fee” and then said they it was a “county tax” after I complained about the fee.

Purchased this for my son and wife on their wedding night. Their report was that it was a standard hotel, nothing special. I'd hoped for $300 to provide an exceptional stay, this was disappointing.

The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear my neighbor’s late night tv, microwave, shower and 5:00 AM conference call.

Aesthetically the hotel was very nice and there was a park across the street. The gym was well equipped and the pool looked nice.

The room was not quiet. The walls were very thin and there was no insulation between rooms. After retiring for the evening a party entered the room next to us and their conversation kept us awake for another two hours. In addition, there was significant road noise from the adjacent parkway and a train.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the facility was modern and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We requested hypoallergenic bedding and a higher floor, both of which we received and appreciated.

We had a very loud family above us letting their kids run up and down hallways. Hotel tried to help. I have kids and know it can be tough. However, people need to be respectful of others. Not the hotels issue.

We asked for additional bedding and towels multiple times, every single day of our stay, and never received them. No in-room pet amenities. Room wooden floors were dirty.

The breakfast was really good. The hotel is conveniently located.

The staff greeted us warmly and gave excellent service including the chef in the Breakfast room. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The design of the building was spacious and appealing, especially the wide hallways and big windows.

There were 4 of us, so my daughter took the sofa bed. It was not very comfortable, could feel the springs underneath.

Location was great, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc spacious room, clean & very friendly staff. The social drink at 5pm was a lovely touch
