The room was a bit dingy with a stained carpet. Also, an upgraded television that has options for streaming would make the stay more comfortable.

First room we got hadn’t been cleaned, but staff relocated us quickly. Had a crib brought to the room that wasn’t functional, but again, the staff responded quickly and brought a new one.

$15 parking fee is absolutely ridiculous. Hotel accomodations are very expensive without sneaking a fee for the use of parking your car. It wasn't this way for years, but now it's a necessity, hardly!

We have been here only for one night. Hotel it is a bit out of city, but in our case, it was not a problem indeed we were just in a “stop over”. Room very big and comfortable In front of the hotel, it is a nice new mall

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location,plenty of parking , and gigantic new mall across the street. Wonderful breakfast with an omelette station. Free drinks and snacks during happy hour. Convenient to downtown Syracuse and Solvay.

Breakfast was pretty good if only a bit cold for some, and the location was awesome as it was a shopping trip but views horrible as it looked into other rooms. Although can't be avoided due to the design of the hotel. All in all pleasant experience.

Pool was small and always full, I did not get to use it.

The lay out of the room. Separated living room from bedroom, tv in both, desks to work in both. Right across Destiny USA Mall. Great breakfast, dining room big, and well kept. Big parking space. It has a little fridge and sink in the living room area.

No vending on each floor… dislike having to go to front desk to get a snack or drink with my crew. Happy Hour ends too early when you are traveling with children for your complimentary drink. It is a nice gesture

We tried to use the pool but it was very busy with loud little kids.

Amazing breakfast buffet , we really enjoy the omelet station. We were hoping for a bigger room , but it was okay for 2 adults 2 teens for 2 days. Happy hour is fantastic and convenient, with food included. Lots of options , beer, wine, and cocktails. The location is perfect . Beside de Destiny mall . Very clean hotel. Very quiet during bedtime. Only 5 minutes to the Dinosaur BBQ restaurant and 10 minutes to the Dome .

Things have changed since I stayed here last. My room wasn’t as clean as it used to be. Hair from a previous person was all over the tub walls. They also now charge for parking when they have a huge lot.

Location is always great and I feel secure at this property.
