I asked for a quiet room, and wound up just across from the elevators. That is OK except that they have a loud DING everytime they open and close. Yikes! But, I managed to sleep as it wasn't too busy after 10 and I rise early. Just annoying. And easily avoidable but the person checking us in didn't know where the rooms actually were! Hmm.

The "happy hour" and such was great. The breakfast was very good. The room was very quiet despite being near a busy road. Having two rooms with a door between is a big plus. Everything worked as well as expected.

My room type wasn't available due to a pipe leak so we were given 2 king rooms but due to the ages of our kids we all stayed in one and it was crowded since there was 5 of us

Shower screen wasn’t waterproofed and the shower flooded the bathroom. Beds were a little on the small side.

Construction didn’t really bother us other than water being shut-off Sunday at 10am. One of the elevators wasn’t working which put it down to one running elevator.

Breakfast was excellent with a ton of choices. I loved the variety. The remodeled rooms are beautiful and modern. We also took advantage of the lounging areas. I utilized the exercise room. Quality of all the equipment was great.

My tub knob did not work. I went to front desk to report and was told maintenance would check it out. No one showed—except housekeeping, twice before checkout, who entered the room after a very quick knock. LUCKILY I had a 2nd room booked for my teenagers and was able to use their shower. Made front desk aware and was offered a $10-$20 credit. Not pleased with that amount seeing what I spent in total, but they say it’s because I booked thru booking.com.

In spite of the construction, the hotel is beautiful.

We booked for 3.. we had a little amount of towels for 3. And we reserved the room with a pull-out bed. But came with no completions for our daughter. Pillows, blankets. Had to go down and ask for it. The staff seemed bothered that we asked.

The breakfast cheap plastic utensils

Breakfast was fantastic, with one exception. The very flimsy plastic utensils were diff to eat with. Also, total bonus that there was a nice heavy door separating the two living spaces, my husband snores so he comfortably slept on the couch and I never heard him!

Our room didn’t get cleaned during the day. We record one bar of soap for both hands and for the shower. We didn’t receive extra towels because the room wasn’t cleaned. The pool was cold.
