Only one trash can in the room. The refrigerator needs to be replaced in that room. Having to pay for parking they should address that when you are checking in not all people are understanding about a QR code.

Evening reception they ran out of both beer brands with in an hour should not be running out of beer doors on bbathroom in room are hard to close and dont give any noise reduction add popcorn to your evening reception SHould not have to pay to park I understand with the convention center right there but people staying should get validated It will make a difference whether I stay there again or not

What I didn’t like is the fact that there is an AI system to order things you need for your hotel room. After about three calls one speaking to a live representative and about two hours, I eventually had to go all the way downstairs to get clean sheets and blanket for the pullout couch. The pullout couch had used dirty blankets and fitted sheets. The receptionist and the AI assistant kept telling me that someone would bring some up, but they never showed up. My daughter was tired and needed to sleep and after waiting for so long I eventually went downstairs however, they didn’t want to give me a blanket. I had to escalate the issue just to get a clean blanket. Other than that, the hotel was clean absolutely beautiful. The staff in the breakfast area were amazing. And other than the blanket issue, everything was all good.

I had a plumbing issue with the toilet and sink. The toilet was fixed in a timely manner, but the sink was not fixed. I did not like the fact that we had to pay to park.

Per night charge for parking. AI infused telephone system got wrong time for social hour wrong ot ended at 7, call said 7:30. Missed by 5 mins.

We had issues with our door lock; it stopped working and we got locked out, BUT the front desk sent someone right away to be fixed. And truly, that's the only negative thing we had happen

The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Every space was immaculate and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast each morning and cocktails in the evening! How can you beat that?!? My wife and I were there for our Anniversary weekend to see Les Miserable at the N Charleston Performing Arts Center, which was right next door! Perfect location and an easy drive to beaches.

Would have appreciated “happy hour “ started more like 4 pm (was unable to use comped drinks had to pay because we had to eat in time for ballet , not a big deal but would be better)

My room could have been more tidy. The bathroom floor needed mopping (there was hair and dirt) and I had to clean the tub.

The view was amazing, the in room snacks were on point and the bed was extremely comfortable.
