GermanyThere was a weird sewage smell in the hallways leading to the room and the room was a little dated and had a dusty smell as well. Some of the main hot breakfast items were overcooked/stale.
Staff was great and very accommodating! Lobby was attractive and we appreciated the made to order omlet bar during breakfast.

United StatesThe buffet breakfast was a bit boring. Same pretty much every day. And, one day they were using Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. I complained that their lack of consideration of the environment made me not want to stay at an Embassy Suites again. Did not see those disposable items the rest of our stay.

United StatesI have stayed in several different Embassy Suites in several different states. With that being said, this particular property was not quite up to what I normally experience at Embassy. Breakfast- While the cooked to order omelets were excellent, the remaining items on the hot buffet were not up to par. They had sausage links 3 of the 4 days during my stay. The first day they were very greasy- too much oil on them to be enjoyable. The remaining days, the sausages were over cooked. The French toast sticks were almost cooked to crunchy to eat. Also there were no plates, forks or spoons during the first morning that I ate breakfast there. I had to ask for someone to bring out plates and utensils. Cleaning the rooms- my family and I went out each day from about 10 am - 4pm. Usually this gives the cleaning staff the time to clean rooms. Each day during our stay, the cleaning staff did not get to our room until after 4 pm. We had to leave the room and sit in the lobby while they were cleaning. Amenities- the indoor pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. The pool is usually a huge attraction for my children when we travel during the winter months. It was not a big deal to me but for families with children, the kids normally want to get in the pool. We also noticed that there were limited channels on the TV and unfortunately those channels repeated the same shows or movies during the course of our stay. The TVs are not smart TVs so you cannot watch streaming services and they do not allow you to cast from your phone to the TV. It would be nice for the TVs to get updated/upgraded.
The property was in a nice area with plenty of things within close proximity- lots of places to dine out, close to the Tangier Outlets, a bowling alley and movie theatre. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cooked to order omelets in the morning were excellent and I enjoyed the evening reception.

United StatesI did not like seeing other people's hair in the bathroom. House keeping should also be mindful that Embassy has a complimentary bar. People throw up in the rooms and attempt to clean afterwards.
Embassy Suites are head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to the facility. The breakfast is a bonus, as the hot bar/omelet station is complimentary. It saved me atleast 100 dollars on 2 days worth of meals with 2 kids and a wife.
