This was my Birthday weekend. The staff surprised me with a dessert that i was not expecting. I was over joied that they thought about me and they even gave me a birthday card. Everything was clean and even though the pool was closed they gave us another option of a pool to use.

The fitness center was well equipped, but had no fans, air conditioning, or even windows. You could hardly even breathe! Still did my workout, but I’ve never been that sweltering!

Breakfast was great! Loved the room having the two queens and the foldout couch—perfect for traveling with three kids!

Online they said the pool and jacuzzi was open and that was one of the main reasons we got the room for our getaway for me and my wife to enjoy while having ourself kids free weekend ... and it was NOT open . Which my wife was disappointed . And the AC didn't work properly was very warm

We asked for a room with a sofa bed. When I asked if it was made up and ready, staff at the front desk said yes but, had to call the front desk when we reached our room to ask for sheets, pillow, and a blanket as it wasn’t made up and there were no items in the room to do so ourselves!

I liked the amenities, free breakfast, and cocktail/ snacks were great:)

Our toilet was clogged and no one ever came to fix it, despite staff being advised and then REMINDED. Still never came to fix it.

Breakfast was tasty, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and had good water pressure.

The shuttle bus was very dirty and the defrost didn’t work. We had to stop several times and scrape the windshield.

Place was recently remodeled and was in great condition.

I wasn’t pleased with the one of the front desk associates. She was too busy texting on her cell phone to acknowledge my question. She was very abrasive and seemed uninterested in what I had to say. There was only one ice machine in the entire hotel that worked and when trying to get ice it was completely empty so one of the front desk associates had to go into the kitchen/restaurant to get ice.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The night front desk person does not need to be in hospitality. She had trouble checking us in. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after the first day. We called that night to the front desk and was told to come down and get fresh towels ourselves. The lady had an attitude both times we had to deal with her.

Our room was cold and there was no staff to take care of the heat so we had to borrow a heater from the front desk

The staff was phenomenal. The amenities were great and it was an added bonus having a restaurant on property. Breakfast choices were great!

The property was under construction but did not cause any issues during our stay.

The staff members were excellent and very accommodating of our needs. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we are in the Tulsa area.
